It has eight three-bed studios (24m2), one four-bed studio (28m2), two four-bed (4 + 1) apartments (38m2) and two duplex (4 + 2) apartments (47m2). The accommodation has a large and beautiful yard, full of shade, greenery, paths, outdoor furniture and toys for children, so it is a perfect choice for families. One of the benefits that this accommodation offers to its guests is a guaranteed parking space, as well as a reception, which is available 24 hours a day. Pets are also welcome. The center of Jerisos is about 3.5 km away, while the nearest market and restaurant are 4 km away (the first bakery is located in the center). The units are located on the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there are apartments and a four-bed studio (the entrance to these units is from the front), while on the first floor there are three-bed studios (two parts on the back have a common fence, which can be locked). All accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a TV, hairdryer and tumble dryer. If someone needs a laundry service, they can contact the owner (free of charge). Mosquito nets exist on both the windows and doors in the upstairs units, while the ground floor units only have them on the windows. In all studios and apartments it is possible to add an extra bed (free of charge), except in two triple studios, which are like half-apartments - the bathroom in the middle "shares" the part with a double bed from the kitchen. The insertion of an extra bed can also mean a reduction in comfort (if guests do not mind, the owner is willing to do so). The duplex apartment is ideal for families with small children. In one bedroom there is a double bed (with baby cot, if needed), while in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed that is big enough to sleep three smaller children. In the dining room there is a dining table with a chair for feeding the baby. Upstairs studios may have partial sea views and garden views from the spacious terraces, while ground floor units have garden views and exits, and their verandas are fenced off only from the side. When it comes to the kitchen, the studios upstairs have a stove, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. The apartments and the four-bed studio on the ground floor have a slightly larger and better equipped kitchen (large stove, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave). All bathrooms have a shower, and the four-bed studio and apartments (4 + 1) have a bathtub with a cabin. The units on the ground floor have less daylight, so you can feel the freshness throughout your stay. Towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days, while the unit is cleaned daily. Our description Koala Apartments is an accommodation in a quiet street, just 100m from the center of Jerisos. It offers four clean and nicely decorated accommodation units for 2-5 people. The main advantage of the accommodation is the paved yard behind the house, with a large summer house, barbecue and shared kitchen. It is ideal for enjoying and socializing, especially for larger groups or several families who are vacationing together. The beach is 500m away, the nearest supermarkets (Lidl and Masutis) and restaurant are about 100m away, and the nearest bakery is 50m away. Three accommodation units are on the high ground floor (four steps above ground level), and one is upstairs. Rodi is a duplex apartment (65m2) on the ground floor, for a maximum of five people. The bedrooms have one double bed and a sofa, or two double beds smaller than standard. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle and the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain and a washing machine. Elea is a studio apartment (40m2) on the ground floor, for a maximum of four people. It has a bedroom with one double bed and a sofa bed, which leads to the kitchen which is very small (only for preparing meals), and from the kitchen you enter the bathroom. The kitchen has a stove with two hobs, a small refrigerator with a freezer and all the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower. Karidia is a studio apartment (40m2) on the high ground floor at the back, for a maximum of four people. It has a bedroom with one double bed and a sofa bed, and a small kitchen (elements and sink only). Guests of this unit prepare meals in the shared kitchen, which has a stove and microwave. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Irida is a duplex apartment (65m2) on the first floor, for a maximum of five people. There is one double bed in each bedroom, and in the living room there is a corner sofa that can sleep one person. Our description Armonia Lux is a newer accommodation (built in 2017). It is located 200m from the center of Jerisos (between the church and the stadium) and only 70m from the sandy, landscaped beach, where you can with a minimum drink of 3 euros (per person), use free parasols and deck chairs. It consists of two modern maisonettes on the first floor, with an accommodation capacity for 6-7 people, which exude cleanliness and comfort. Maisonette Armonia 1 (67m2) in the lower room has a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bathroom. The first floor consists of a gallery with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with single beds), which are not completely physically closed (on one side, instead of a wall, there is a curtain) and have skylights. Both rooms are equipped with a TV. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, where you can enjoy watching TV. From there you go out onto a spacious terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a mini oven and built-in hobs, a large fridge-freezer, a toaster, a coffee machine and the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower with hydromassage, as well as a hair dryer. The unit also has a washing machine. Maisonette Armonia 2 is a little smaller (56m2) and has a slightly different layout, but is equally well and modernly equipped. In the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with access to a spacious terrace, bathroom and bedroom with double bed. On the gallery there is a second bedroom, with a double bed and a TV, which is not physically closed and has a skylight. The kitchen, dining room and living room are slightly smaller than in the other maisonette; they are practically in the same room and equipped the same. The bathroom has a hydromassage, a hairdryer and a shower. Armonia 1 has its own sunny balcony overlooking the sea. Armonia 2 (56m2) on the upper level has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed with a single layer mattress (1.8x2m) and a dreamy atmosphere provided by a window on a wooden roof. The second bedroom is on the lower level, is separate and has a double bed with a single mattress (1.5x2m). Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. In the living room with sea view, there is a comfortable sofa (0.85x2m), which folds into a comfortable double bed (1.7x2m). There is office furniture that can be used e.g. for laptop. The modern kitchen, in addition to the necessary equipment (cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc.) has a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, mini oven, built-in hobs and refrigerator. Accommodation Bloom Garden is located only 30m from the beach and 100m from the center of Jerisos. It is located in a quiet location, in a place where there is no noise, and offers seven units with kitchen, capacity 2-7 people, which makes it suitable for a real family vacation. In addition to a good location, the main advantage of accommodation is a large yard, with shade and a seating area. The nearest market, bakery and restaurant, as well as the beach, are 30m away. All units are air conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets and a terrace with awning. Out of a total of seven units, four are studios (18m2), one is a duplex apartment (20m2), and the other two units are apartments with three bedrooms (60m2). All four studios are located on the first floor. Two are triple, with one double bed and one sofa, and two four-bed, ie. capacity 2 + 2, as they have bunk beds. One four-bed studio has a double bed next to the bunk bed, and the other has two single beds. All studios in the kitchen have a small refrigerator and stove. The duplex apartment is also on the first floor. It has a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other, so it can accommodate up to four people. The kitchen has a small refrigerator and stove, as well as studios. Triplex apartments are on the second floor. One of them has six single beds, and can accommodate up to six people, and the other has a capacity of up to seven people. The seven-bed apartment in one bedroom has one single bed and a sofa, in the second one a double bed and a sofa, and in the third one a double bed.
