Transport is provided by a bus that runs every 30 minutes to nearby and distant cities. Ferries run every half hour to the green island of Thassos in less than half an hour from the port of Keramoti.

It was built in 1998, and was last renovated (bathroom) in 2015. All three buildings have apartments and studios in very good condition. There are a total of 19 accommodation units - six triple (smaller areas) and 11 quadruple. Nine accommodation units have sea views. The apartments are family. They have a bedroom with a double bed and a dining room with a kitchen and two single beds, and if necessary, an armchair for the third child. Due to the fact that they are very close to the coast, some apartments have a fantastic sea view. The studios are very spacious, they have one double and one single bed, and if necessary, an extra bed can be added. They have large terraces. All apartments and studios have air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator, cutlery and meal preparation), safety deposit box and wireless internet signal. An iron is available at reception, while a baby cot can be reserved in advance. The bathroom has a shower. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days, and all guests receive a mosquito repellent, since the facility does not have mosquito nets. Within the accommodation there is a private parking with a limited number of spaces (for 8 to 10 cars), but guests do not have to worry about that, because there are enough free parking spaces near or next to the road. In the yard there is a barbecue and dining tables, as well as two showers. All guests have free use of sun loungers and parasols on the beach in front of the property. On the first floor there are two double studios with double beds and sea view, then one triple with double and single bed and sea view, and one four-bed studio with one double and two single beds. All have showers, kitchens with two hobs and refrigerators. On the same floor there is a three-bed apartment without a terrace (apartment number 5), ie it opens onto a common veranda. This apartment is slightly cheaper and consists of two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a kitchen with oven and another single bed. On the second floor there is a four-bed studio with one double and two single beds. This studio has a large terrace, but also opens onto a large veranda on the roof of the house with fantastic sea views and deck chairs. The kitchen in this studio has a stove with oven and a large fridge with freezer. On the ground floor of the villa there is one double studio with a rather small bathroom and two connected single beds, and one four-bed studio. Unlike the studios on the ground floor which have slightly older furniture, the studios on the first and second floor have new and quality furniture and are excellently decorated. All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning and TV, kitchen, wireless internet signal, mosquito nets, and a baby cot is available upon prior request. A hair dryer is available for use. Clean, change of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days. The villa does not have private parking, but there are free parking spaces nearby. The villa is located in the very center of the city. On the ground floor of the villa, the owner has a small grocery store, and across the street (between the villa and the beach) is a cafeteria.
