Our description Roula House is located in the central town square of Neos Marmaras, above the foreign language school. Accommodation is located about 150 m from the city beach, and about 30 meters from the sea. The building was built in 1975, and the last renovation was done in 2016, so the accommodation is in very good condition. This facility has apartments for four to five people and studios for two to three people. The studios have two or three single beds (can be connected to a double), TV, kitchenette, bathroom and some of them have a private balcony. The studios at the front face the sea and the square, while the studios at the back do not have a view. Apartments for five and one apartment for four people are located on the second floor, renovated in 2014 into high quality accommodation units, with quality, leather furniture, modern kitchens and TVs, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Smaller apartment, for 4 + 1 person has a separate bedroom and living room with kitchen, in the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. The five-bed apartments have two bedrooms, one apartment has two double beds, the other a king-size double bed, a standard-size double bed and a living room with a sofa bed.
