The apartment is located in the basement (4 steps below the level of the yard) and has a pleasant veranda with garden view, where guests can enjoy peace and quiet. The living room is spacious and has a sitting set, TV, one bed with drawer and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge), and between it and the living room there is a dining table with chairs. In the separate bedroom there is one double bed. Anastasia House 3 is located in the center and about 150m away from the beach. In the building there is a family duplex apartment (80m2) in the first floor, suitable for one or two families and one more apartment for one family maximum up to 5 persons, in ground floor. At the entrance of duplex apartment there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub and equipped kitchen (dishes, glasses, cutlery etc.) with a spacious dining room and a large fridge. The lobby from which you enter the two separate bedrooms has a sofa bed. In the first bedroom there is one double bed and two single beds, while in the other one is a double and two single beds. Each room has access to its terrace overlooking the street, and a terrace with seating furniture is also in front of the front door. The apartment for one family has a separate room with one double bed and in the living room there is one double bed and a single sofa-bed.The kitchen is fully equipped.
