Our description Aggelina House enjoys a quiet location less than 100 meters from the sandy Pigadaki Beach. In front of the house is a parking lot, there are toys for children and a common terrace with a beautiful sea view, and the owners are unobtrusive and always available. The house is located on a small hill, and the beach can be reached by a path between other houses. The beach is 70m away, it is sandy, has shallow and crystal clear water, and nearby you will find several taverns. A van with fresh fruits and vegetables passes by the street next to the beach every day. The nearest shop is on the highway (2.4 km) and a bakery a little before it, about 1.6 km from the house. Aggelina House consists of five four-bed studios. Three (nos. 2, 3 and 4) are on the first floor, and two (nos. 1 and 5) are on the ground floor. Studios with bunk beds can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, while others can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. Of the three studios on the first floor, no. 3 and 4 have one double bed and two bunk beds, and no. 2 has one standard double bed and one double bed narrower than the standard one. The kitchens are equipped with basic utensils, a stove and a small refrigerator, and only in studio no. 2 large refrigerators. All bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. All studios have a walk-in terrace with a seating area and side sea views. Studio no. 1 has one standard double bed and another narrower than the standard one. The road on the left leads to Sikija beach, and on the right and uphill to Pigadaki beach. Pass the first bay and just before Pigadaki beach, you will see a road leading uphill on the right, but also a sign to turn towards the house. Aggelina Housea is located at the end of that street. This house is ideal for families with children who do not want to change beaches every day, but to be close to a good beach. The environment is peaceful, so this is the right place to relax. Owner's description At the southeastern end of the Sithonia peninsula lies one of the oldest villages in Halkidiki, Sykia. It has 3000 inhabitants and is 160 km away from Thessaloniki. There are different versions of how his name came about. The first version of the story is related to the shade of the Holy Mountain (in Greek skia), the second version comes from paraphrasing the Ancient City of the area (Siggos) which in the following years took the name Siggia and finally Sikija. Moreover, the existence of an old large tree (in Greek Sikia) around when the village was built is a possible version. The second place is Kukos, rocky and high, surrounded by a castle and probably there was a prehistoric settlement. The area is full of beautiful coastline. All the beautiful beaches are located at the foot of Itamos, a mountain with many roads and paths leading to the forest. Pigadaki can be reached after a few minutes drive by the sea, after the small beach Linaraki. Pigadaki Bay is located between several beaches that make up the Gulf of Sikh. Nearby are picturesque taverns with fresh fish, as well as beach bars such as the famous GOA, but also landscaped beaches with parasols. At a distance of 10km is Sarti with a beautiful beach and rich nightlife. The visitor has the opportunity to visit the famous beaches of Sithonia such as Klimatarija, Kriarici, Kavurotripes, Kalamici, and Vourvourou. Aggelina House is 155 km from Thessaloniki Airport.
