Villa Anastasia is located in Becici, between the Splendid Hotel and the Water World, right in the first row to the Adriatic highway. The specific location of the building on 2000 m2 is surrounded by palm trees, olive groves and a large number of coastal vegetation, flowers that provide pleasant shade during the day. It was built in 2005 and fully equipped. Direct sea view, two large parking lots for about thirty vehicles as well as a well-designed ambience with fountains, nurtured coastal vegetation and flowers guarantee you a pleasant vacation and recovery from everyday obligations. It has a ground floor, four levels, and two private parking spaces for about thirty cars.
The distance to the sea is about 200 meters. The beach is extremely clean with all the necessary facilities that provide the guest with the possibility of both active and passive vacation. You can ride scooters, parachute, flying boat, ski with cable car or enjoy the comfort of many restaurants, with your favorite drink.

Villa Anastasia is one of the most beautiful and best equipped houses in Becici. In case of water loss with its tank of 30,000 liters of water, it is completely independent of the city water supply.
