Our description Accommodation Elena Apartments is located in the very center of Nea Iraklitse, only 60m from the beach. It was built in 1990, but the accommodation units are partially renovated every year. It consists of a total of 6 duplex apartments, one smaller family apartment and two studios. Duplex apartments consist of three rooms, ie two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen and dining area. The first bedroom has a narrower double bed, one single bed and a folding armchair for one person, while the second has two single beds. The kitchen has a stove with oven, fridge and cutlery. In the hallway there is a large central air conditioner that cools the entire apartment. On the ground floor is a small family apartment with two rooms - bedroom and living room. In the bedroom there are two single beds, and in the living room there is an armchair and a sofa for a total of two children, a kitchen and a large refrigerator, as well as two exits to the veranda. Finally, there are two double studios with a veranda, kitchen and bathroom. All accommodation units have an equipped kitchen with oven, spacious terrace or veranda, air conditioning, TV, wireless internet signal, mosquito nets, and with prior request you can get a cot. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every two days. Guests have at their disposal a washing machine and a large ironing press or standard iron. The family apartment on the ground floor and both studios are suitable for people in wheelchairs, as they are flush with the yard which is completely without stairs. The villa has a yard with barbecue, green area, seating and shower. They do not have a private parking lot, but the owners claim that you can always find a parking space in one of the side streets near the accommodation. The beach is about 50-60m away; the nearest market is at the same distance (Masoutis hypermarket is about 150m away). If you want decent and comfortable accommodation in the center, very close to the beach, shops, taverns and promenades, Elena Apartments can be a good choice.

Villa SAN MARCO *** is located in Becici, above the hotel "The Queen of Montenegro", 10 minutes walk from the sea, about 400m from the beach. It is located in a quiet part of this beautiful coastal town and is ideal for holidays of all generations. The villa consists of 36 studios, double and twin with extra bed. The villa has its own free parking. The villa does not have an elevator. Studio 1/2 has a double bed, studio 1/2 + 1 with a double and one extra bed (armchair that opens), bathroom, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. Each studio has CATV, free wi-fi internet and air conditioning. There is a possibility to rent a studio on the ground floor of the villa which has a baby cot (no extra charge). Towels and linen are changed every 5 days if staying longer than 10 days.
