Nickolas Villa is located in the small village of Palio, about 5-7 km from Kavala. There are a total of nine rooms, six with kitchens (studios) and three without kitchens. Most of the rooms have a terrace with a sea view. The villa is located above the road, and it is only a hundred meters away from the beach. Accommodation units can be double, triple or quadruple. In double and triple rooms, an extra bed can be added if necessary. The furniture is new and of high quality. Dowel Junior and Grand Suite rooms do not have a kitchen. The difference is that in the Junior Suite all the beds are in one room, while the Grand Suite has two rooms separated by a door.
