The four-bed apartment (Theasis 2) has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The double studio (Theasis 3) is equipped with one double bed. The kitchens in the apartments contain a large refrigerator with a freezer, a built-in hob with four hotplates and a built-in oven, while in the studio there is a smaller fridge and a built-in hob with two hotplates. All kitchens are additionally equipped with a cooker, toaster, microwave oven and necessary dishes. Bathrooms in all accommodation units have a shower area separated by a glass partition. Each unit has a balcony with a view of the courtyard, the street and the sea in the distance. During the stay, guests maintain the hygiene of the accommodation units independently, while towels and bed linen are changed on request. Private parking and a seating area are available to guests within the small, paved courtyard. Coming from the direction of Nikiti, after passing the Paradisos supermarket, after approximately 60 m you should turn right, continue straight to the first intersection, where Theasis Apartments is located on the corner on the right. The nearest restaurant is the famous tavern Panos, specialized in fish specialties, which is located about 2 km from the property, while the nearest markets are available in Neos Marmaras. The sandy beach is located directly in front of the accommodation, and it can be reached down a few steps. A total of six studies are offered. Five smaller studios (numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) have an area of ​​about 25 m², while one larger studio (number 6) has an area of ​​about 50 m². Studios number 1, 2 and 3 are located on the first floor, while studios number 4, 5 and 6 are located on the second floor. Double studios number 2, 3 and 5 are equipped with one double bed.
