Outside the yard is a private, unfenced property where guests can park their vehicles. Driving along the highway Nikiti - Sarti, after passing the beaches of Kalogria and Koviou, continue straight, and about 7 km from the exit from Nikiti, you will see Dimitris House on the right side of the highway. The superior maisonettes on the first floor are very similar to the apartments on the ground floor, except that instead of one bed in the kitchen area, two single beds are located on the gallery connected by internal stairs to the kitchen. Apartments and maisonettes have TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet access, hair dryer and the possibility of adding a baby cot. All units have private terraces with clothes dryers. Towels are changed after two and bed linen after three nights. In front of the accommodation there is a lawn with children's toys, sofas, barbecue, dining table, swimming pool, deckchairs and umbrellas. There is a private parking lot and reception in front of the accommodation. After turning off the main road near the new church in Nikiti, continue straight towards the sea and after 220m you will see this building on the right.
