We offer two newly equipped apartments with all the necessary facilities to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. Apartment A2 + 2 is located on the ground floor. It has an area of 28m2 and consists of a kitchen with dining area and living room with a sofa bed (extra bed if needed), a room with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with modern sanitary equipment. The apartment is air conditioned and equipped with a TV. It has a yard of 20m2 equipped with seating. Studio Apartment A2 + 1 is located on the ground floor. It consists of one room of 18 m2 and a bathroom of 4 m2. It is comfortable for two people or a couple with a child. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with seating. It is equipped with a sofa bed (extra bed if needed), TV and air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is furnished with modern sanitary equipment

The building, Apartments Marica, 5 three-star apartments, are newly built in the old town of Vodice. Each apartment has: kitchen with utensils for cooking and food and beverage service, enough for the number of persons (2 + 1 and 2 + 2 ), gas stove, refrigerator, bathroom with shower or bathtub and toilet, room, balcony or terrace with table and chairs, TV, satellite TV, separate entrance, iron, hair dryer, fan, filter coffee machine, washing machine and telephone ( on request), change of bed linen every 7 days, and towels and kitchen towels every 3 days.
