We rent 4 apartments. Each apartment has 3 stars and seats for 4 people. Each apartment has 48 m2, has 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washing machine, dining room, living room with double bed and also leather furniture, kitchen with all appliances (and dishwasher) and a terrace overlooking the sea. All furniture is new. Towels are changed every 3-4 days, and clean bed linen every 7 days. The apartments are air conditioned and have satellite TV in both the living room and the bedroom. Guests can also be served with a terrace in the courtyard where there is a barbecue. Nearby are tennis courts, supermarket, restaurants, etc.

I have 2 apartments next to each other, each with two bedrooms, well equipped kitchen with microwave, living room, bathroom, satellite dish, in front of each apartment is a terrace with fireplace. Parking is located in front of the house. The house is located 350 m from the sea and 150 m from the center. It has a beautiful view of the sea and the old part of town. The total capacity in both apartments is 8 +2 beds

Casa Lucia is an old olive press beautifully converted into 8 self-catering cottages, set in glorious gardens with a unique swimming pool decorated with mosaics. Each unit varies in size and design, but all are comfortable and retain the old beams, clay tile roofs and thick stone walls which keep them cool in summer, warm in winter. The place is peaceful and relaxing; people of all nationalities and ages return year after year; children are safe and free; groups feel at ease; people on their own are not lonely; TV, internet, telephone are only available in reception to leave you undistracted; there are plenty of books, fresh air, green grass, lovely flower scents, children’s activities, workshops, alternative therapies, bodylistening, yoga, t’ai chi, birdsong, stars at night and good company - now that's a real holiday. Set in the middle of Corfu in a small village with one of the best restaurants, and a brilliant village shop, Casa Lucia is an ideal setting-off point to explore the whole island. There is a very good bus service, taxis are easily called; walking, cycling, horse-riding are popular and the fine golf course is 15 minutes drive away; car hire can be arranged to meet ships or planes.
