It can also be reached on foot from the back side, from the direction of the beach, through the pine forest. A board with the inscription Litsa Studios is placed along the highway. This villa has its many advantages and therefore it is understandable why it has been interesting to tourists for years. It has a good location, it is easily accessible from the highway, and tucked away, it is close to the center of Pefkari and the beach (about 200m), and it is not far from Potos either - about 500m. .

Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every five days. The villa is surrounded by greenery, has a large yard with a brick barbecue and toys for children, lots of space and a grass area for children to run safely. The yard is surrounded by a high fence and a gate. Private parking in the yard is provided for all guests.
