The double studio is not available for internet reservations because it is located in a fixed lease agency. All four-bed studios (35m2) consist of a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, toaster and coffee maker. Maisonettes (40m2) have a double bed in the bedroom on the gallery which is not separated by a door, and on the ground floor there is a sofa bed suitable for two people. All penthouses, except one, have two balconies. Air conditioning is located in the bedroom on the gallery. The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary kitchen elements (electric kettle, toaster, etc.), and guests have at their disposal WiFi internet whose signal, however, varies according to the owner, is stronger on the terrace than in the room.
