We offer beautifully decorated studios and apartments, some of which have spacious terraces overlooking the sea. Unlike many other accommodations in the center, the villa also has private parking. Accommodation is located in the center of Limenaria. The nearest supermarket is across from the villa, and the beach is at a distance of 150m. It consists of one five-bed apartment and two four-bed apartments, one three-bed and two two-bed studios. On the first floor there is one four-bed apartment and one two-bed studio. They both face the street and the houses across the street. They are equipped with single beds. On the second floor there is one triple and one double studio. They have the same view as the studios on the first floor and are also equipped. On the third floor there is a second four-bed apartment and a five-bed apartment in which the rooms are separated by an accordion door. Both accommodation units have sea views and are equipped with single beds. Four-bed apartments have normal doors. Each accommodation unit has its own bathroom, with a fenced shower, as well as a kitchen. It has a small refrigerator and a stove. All units also have wireless internet, air conditioning, TV and hairdryer. Bed linen is cleaned and changed every three days. If necessary, it can be done more often. The large 1/4 apartment is on the ground floor of a large stone house built in 1902. which is under the protection of UNESCO. A stone courtyard with a traditional table surrounded by a flowered arla. Given that it is located on a hill, the view from the terraces of this villa is truly fantastic. In addition, all the facilities that Skala Potamia provides are easily accessible and are practically within walking distance of the accommodation. Blue View Studios is located in the center of Skala Potamia, to the right of the main road from Golden Beach. The villa is about 300m away from the beach. It is a decent accommodation, not luxurious. There are a total of 10 studios, which are distributed in two buildings. Continue straight and you will see Blue View studios. The first shop and bakery are a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The villa is located in a very quiet place and is very close to all amenities - 3-4 minutes walk from the beach and the center. It has a fantastic view, is decent and reasonably priced, and can be a good choice for a peaceful holiday in Skala Potamia.
The apartments are located in the center of Budva in a very quiet part of town. The facility has a total of 30 beds - from double to five-bed apartments and rooms. The apartments are air conditioned, have cable TV, internet and a kitchenette.
Apartment Vukica is located in Herceg Novi, on Savina 50 meters below the Savina Monastery and 50 meters from the sea.
