Two apartments are four-bed and the third is five-bed. Accommodation units are air conditioned, have TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, kitchenette with stove and small refrigerator, large terraces with awning (except for three accommodation units that have a slightly smaller terrace) and bathroom with shower. Towels and linen are changed every 3-4 days, and accommodation units are cleaned every day. Private parking is available for guests, as well as an elevator. The internet is good in all rooms. The beach is about 800m away, and the nearest market and bakery are about 100m. The building was built in 2008 and has eight studios with an area of ​​25 m², located on the first and second floors, as well as one apartment with an area of ​​about 50 m² and one two-bed studio on the ground floor. The studios are equipped with one double bed or two joined single beds, and the owner provides an extra bed for the third person. The apartment is the only accommodation unit adapted for the stay of persons with disabilities. There is one double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the living room with kitchen. An extra bed is also available, so the maximum capacity of the apartment is five people. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and stove, while the apartment has a mini-stove with an oven. The beach is about 500 meters away and can be reached by a path that passes by the nearby Hotel Aristotelis. There are ten studios, two-bed and three-bed, located on the ground floor and on the first floor, as well as one suite-type apartment located on the second floor. The apartment consists of two rooms. In the first room, which is separated by a sliding door, there is a kitchen and two large single beds, while in the second room, separated by a standard door, there is a double bed. Both rooms have access to a large common terrace with a view of the sea and the surrounding trees that surround the accommodation.
