Pelion Seaside House is located in Afissos, one of the most beautiful seaside villages of Pelion, known for its combination of mountain landscapes and calm sea surroundings. The accommodation is about 90 meters from the bay next to the building, while one of the local beaches is about 120 meters away. Thanks to this position, guests enjoy a peaceful environment and the authentic atmosphere of a Greek village, along with the proximity of the sea, which gives every moment of their stay a feeling of summer relaxation.
The building has two apartments located on different levels: one is on the upper ground floor, and the other is on the first floor. Each apartment is modernly decorated, with carefully selected details that combine functionality and aesthetics and create a pleasant, homely atmosphere. The apartments can accommodate up to three adults and contain a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom. In the main bedroom there is a double bed, while the second room has one standard bed, which is especially practical for a family stay.
For complete comfort, both apartments are equipped almost identically. Air conditioning, wireless internet and television are available to guests, which allows for a pleasant stay and moments of rest and fun. A hair dryer, iron, ironing board and washing machine are also available, making everyday tasks easier. The kitchens in the apartments are fully equipped and enable the preparation of almost any meal. Depending on the apartment, the kitchen includes a stove with four rings (glass ceramic or classic), a large oven, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a toaster and a large refrigerator with a freezer, which contributes to the feeling of a homely atmosphere during your vacation.
Due to the location of the building, both apartments have a direct view of the sea and the bay. Smaller balconies with seating provide a pleasant space for morning coffee, meals or a quiet rest with the sound of the waves. During the summer evenings, the view of the sunset and the gentle sea breeze add to the atmosphere of total relaxation.
Pets are not allowed in order to ensure a high level of cleanliness and a pleasant stay for all guests. During their stay, guests are responsible for keeping the apartment tidy. Bed linen and towels can be changed upon request, with prior notice and agreement with the owners at a time most convenient for the guests.
Guests are provided with two private parking spaces, which significantly facilitates arrival, departure and daily parking, without the need to search for a public space.
