Our description Accommodation is located on the right side of the road between Kallithea and Afitos. It is 1.5 km away from the center of Kallithea, and it is only a minute or two drive to the center of Afitos, so both places are very easily accessible. Nastasia Apartments offers 10 double studios to which a third extra bed with a metal frame can be added if required. A small child can also sleep with his parents in a French bed because it is very wide (it consists of two connected single beds that are wider than the standard French bed). By inserting a third bed, the studio becomes cramped. All studios were renovated in 2016, except for the bathrooms which are in good condition. The fully equipped kitchen, beds, closet have been replaced ... The studios are nicely decorated, and the furniture is in open and cheerful colors. One of the biggest advantages of this accommodation is impeccable hygiene, which is why it has all our recommendations. The kitchen with the dining area is separate from the bedroom. All studios on the first floor have a veranda in front of the entrance and a large terrace at the back where they have absolute privacy and peace, since the studios are so organized that the terraces are not exposed to the views of neighbors. The terraces overlook the natural environment, and the verandas face the courtyard, so their use can be combined depending on the sun. Six studios with terraces have sea views. All studios have wireless internet, air conditioning, TV, very well equipped kitchen, mosquito nets, hair dryer and large terraces. Several studios are located in the basement (6-7 steps below the level of the yard) and do not have a terrace, but each studio has a veranda in front. These studios are identical to those on the first floor, they are well decorated and without moisture, but they are much fresher than the studios on the first floor, so the use of air conditioning is often not necessary. They have slightly smaller windows, but enough light. All studios, according to the owner, have an area of 27 square meters. The owner is, by the way, an elderly lady, very kind and always at your service. For three days, the rooms are completely cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed. Nastasia Apartments has a very large yard, with parking for all guests in the shade of olive trees. In the yard there is a gazebo, with natural shade, dining table and barbecue. Accommodation is about 2km away from the beach and is a great choice if you need a good and quality base for touring Kassandra or swimming on the beautiful beach in Kallithea, with the obligatory car. The most charming place in Kassandra, Afitos is also very close, so you can visit it often and easily. The accommodation is very clean and tidy, so we recommend it to families with small children or babies. Since this is a family-owned complex, we guarantee you a comfortable and pleasant stay in one of our 10 apartments. Relax and enjoy the hospitable surroundings of a real home. Located outside the main village, Apartments Nastasia can be easily found as soon as you turn off the main road. The center of the village is 800 meters away and the beach is another 500 meters from the center. The village of Afitos has its own charm with its renovated, stone buildings, old, paved streets, local art shops, many good restaurants and you will always have different things at your disposal. Apartments Nastasia make a complex of 10 bright, nicely decorated and spacious apartments. Each apartment has an area of 28-30m2 and can accommodate three people. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bedroom, TV, refrigerator and heating. Many apartments have two balconies overlooking the sea and the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
