Sinodinos Deluxe Apartments is located in Afitos, about 850 meters from the beach and approximately 600 meters from the central square, where there are numerous taverns and restaurants. The offer of accommodation includes studios and apartments intended for a stay of two to four people.
In the basement of the building there are two four-bed apartments with one separate bedroom, one three-bed studio and one two-bed studio. In the apartments, there is a double bed in the bedroom, while in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa, suitable for two people. The three-bed studio has a double bed and a sofa for one person, while the two-bed studio has a double bed. All accommodation units in the basement have spacious verandas that are located four steps below the level of the courtyard and are equipped with seating.
On the first and second floors of the accommodation facility, there are two-bed and four-bed studios, as well as four-bed apartments. Two-bed studios have a double bed, while four-bed studios have a double bed and a sofa for two people. In the four-bed apartments, there is a French bed in the bedroom, while in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa, suitable for two people. All units on the floors have terraces facing the courtyard and are equipped with seating.
All accommodation units are spacious and air-conditioned, while in the apartments both rooms have air-conditioning. Internet, TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets and equipped kitchens with two glass-ceramic hotplates and a large refrigerator with freezer are at guests' disposal. The bathrooms are modernly decorated and have a shower with a glass screen.
At the reception, you can get a kettle and a hair dryer on request. A baby cot is also available on request within the price of the stay. Guests can also use the safe at the reception.
In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, guests can use the swimming pool and deckchairs by the pool.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning and changing of towels in accommodation units on the first floor is done every other day, while bed linen is changed every fourth day. Guests staying in units in the basement are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay; they get a new set of towels after two days, while bed linen is changed after four days.
A parking space is provided for guests in the private parking lot located in front of the building, which has a limited number of spaces. It is possible to find free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
