The house is located in the bay Osibova, and is about 70m away from the sea. Access to the building is via an asphalt road from Milna (approximately 1500m long) 3-4 m wide with occasional extensions due to possible passing vehicles. The remaining part in the length of about 500m is a well-maintained macadam road that is partly concreted. The building was built at the end of a "dead end" street. Guests have at their disposal a large shaded terrace, overlooking the sea, on which is a large table and two deck chairs. A fireplace has been built next to the terrace where guests can prepare a barbecue or bake. The house has its own parking space for two cars and a garden of approximately 300m2. The relatively short distance from the center of Milna allows guests to attend various cultural and entertainment facilities in Milna, but also the possibility of a peaceful and relaxing holiday surrounded by relaxing scents of the Mediterranean, in the shade of pine trees, sea sounds and crickets.
