Our apartment house with garden occupies 400 m², and it is situated at a distance of approximately 25 m from the sea. The house consists of a ground floor, first floor, high attic and disposes with 6 apartments of which 5 apartments are for rent. Guests of the apartments can use grill and a big terrace with a sea view. Next to the house is a parking area. A swimming pool is on the eastern side of the house (23 m²). It is possible to use an outdoor shower. Right in front of the house is private 'stone' beach with steps. There is all necessary equipment for mooring boats and inflatables.
