Our facility with 3 apartments is located on the west side of Rogoznica, 70 m from the sea and 2 km from the center. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the coast and the nearby islands. The family apartment building is located in a quiet part of town. Near the apartment, just a few minutes walk to the coast, there is a beautiful pebble beach where you can enjoy swimming during the day and cool off in the evening with a light walk along the sea all the way to the center. Our apartments are tastefully furnished and bright. All have a secured parking space and are equipped with wi-fi internet, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with secured washing machine. Two apartments are located on the first floor and have balconies, overlooking the sea and the courtyard. The third apartment is located on the ground floor with access to the yard which is an ideal place for socializing or as a safe place to play if you have children. All apartments have access to a shared barbecue, and there is also the possibility of organizing a small boat trip for complete enjoyment of the Adriatic Sea. If you are a nature lover, we offer the possibility of using a bicycle to explore the surroundings of Rogoznica on your own.

The apartments have 1-2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, 2 terraces (some one with sea view), air conditioning, safe and digital SAT-TV. The apartments are brand new and equipped. Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from the city and 5 minutes from the beach (Cuvi - Villas Rubin, Skaraba, Punta corrente, Golden Cape). It has a large fenced garden with closed parking. We have 10 bicycles, use of garage and washing machine, grill and wireless internet access for all our guests.

Apartments (26-52m2) are located3 on the ground floor (2 apartments) and on the 1st floor (2 apartments). App 1 - studio, 1 bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and parking space. App 2 - 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and parking space. App 3 - 1 bedroom with double bed and double bed (extra bed), kitchen, bathroom, terrace and parking space. App 4 - 2 bedrooms with double beds, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and parking space. The listed prices are expressed in euros. Prices for apartments are per day. Registration and sojourn tax are not included in the price. Prices out of season by arrangement.

A few hundred meters outside the center of Rovinj (600m) and the sea in a family house, we rent apartments. The apartments have a bathroom, kitchen with refrigerator, satellite TV and large balconies. The shop is a few meters away, parking is provided.

The apartments are in a quiet part of town about 5 minutes walk from the beach. In addition to accommodation, we also offer our own olive oil produced by the cold process in our own oil mill

Apartment Morena is located in Rovinjsko Selo, which is less than a 10-minute drive (6 km) away from the town of Rovinj and its many beaches. Rovinjsko Selo is a place located on the main road leading to Rovinj. In Rovinjsko Selo there is 1 restaurant which is 300 m away from us, several coffee bars, a well-stocked larger market and shop (500 m). From the local people in Rovinjsko Selo it is possible to get extra virgin olive oil and homemade white and red wine. Apartment Morena is located in a family house where its owners live. The house is located in a quiet place, has a landscaped yard with an outdoor fireplace that guests can use freely. In agreement with the guests, the hosts can help prepare the barbecue. Guests can leave their vehicle in a public area next to the house in the thick shade, under the canopy of a walnut tree. Near the house there is a bicycle path leading to Rovinj or to the Lim Channel, which has the status of a protected landscape. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and from the terrace is a free view of Rovinj and the sea. The apartment is 120 m2 and consists of: kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and bidet, living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a large covered terrace. The capacity of the apartment is 4 + 2 persons. The kitchen elements are 2.5 m long and include: gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave. The kitchen table is for 6 people. The living room has a large TV with satellite dish, sofa and two armchairs. On the terrace there is a large wooden table with benches. Mosquito nets are installed on the windows. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi internet. No smoking in the apartment. Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement. Accommodation services are provided all year round. The apartment has central heating.
