APARTMENT A DE LUXE 6+2

Apartment "A - DE LUXE" 6+2 is in the 3rd Floor of our villa. It consists of 3 bedrooms, large living room, dining room, two toilets, a kitchen with bar, large terrace of 40 m2 with sea view, and another small terrace on the side. A surface of apartment is 145 m2. The apartment is fully equipped / tv, internet, air conditioning in every room, the kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can rent the indoor pool (28m2) and a sauna and a red light room. These services are gratis. A large garden with a barbecue and outdoor space for dining table is free - included in price. Guests can also request that they prepare some of the Dalmatian fish specialties, as well as further orders for an additional charge of 20 € per person

APARTMENT B 2+2

Apartment "B" 2+1 adult or 2 adult +2 children is located on the 2nd floor of our villa. It has one bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace overlooking the sea. About the equipment has :ž SA / tv, internet, air-conditioning in every room and a kitchen fully equipped. Apartment is very suitable for a family with two children. Guests can use the indoor swimming pool (28m2) and a sauna and a red light room for rest. These services are gratis. Using a large garden with a grill and place for outdoor dining table is free of charge - included in price. The guests can also request that they prepare some of the Dalmatian fish specialties, as well as other orders for an additional charge of 20 euros per person. The villa (750m2) is surrounded with a palms, gentile flowers ,and meditterian plants in a well kept garden. There is a large garden of 650 m2 ; with fountain , sun decks , grill and place for outdoor dining table. The quiet environment, pine forest and breathtaking views of the blue Adriatic together with the opportunity to lounge around on the spacious terrace makes this Villa as a great place to relax as it is situated only 100 m from the sea ( a few minutes walking). Fish restaurant, with Dalmatian specialities , meat restaurant, pizzeria, cocktail bar on beach, big supermarket with fruit and vegetables and all necessary groceries are also 100 meters away.
