Katerina villa is a quality accommodation located near the center of Afitos. There are seven accommodation units on offer, intended for a stay of two to five people. Guests have at their disposal a spacious, fenced and well-decorated yard with plenty of natural shade, summerhouses, children's playground, basketball court, barbecue and parking within the yard.
The nearest market and bakery are about 800 meters away, while the beach is approximately 700 meters away, or about a 15-minute walk.
Most of the accommodation units are located on the high ground floor, which is raised five steps above the level of the courtyard. On the first floor there are two double studios and one apartment with two bedrooms. The yard of the building is spacious and carefully arranged.
Three double studios and two upstairs studios have a double bed. Three-bed studios are equipped with a French bed and one single bed. The smaller apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and is designed for four people, i.e. a family with two younger children. The larger apartment has a capacity of up to five people and consists of two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, while the other has a double bed and one single bed. The upstairs apartment also has two bedrooms, with one double bed in each.
A baby cot is available on request and this service is free of charge.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and two-burner stove, as well as a cooker. The large suite has a four-burner stove, but the oven is not available for use. Guests are provided with internet, TV and hair dryer.
The bathrooms have a shower without a curtain, while the two-bedroom suite upstairs has a bathtub. Only the larger apartment on the ground floor has a glass screen in the bathroom.
All accommodation units have terraces, and in the yard there are summer houses in several places intended for a stay in the shade and peace. A common barbecue with a spacious summer house is also available to the guests.
Towels and bed linen are changed every four days, while guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation units during their stay.
The owners live on the first floor of the building and are available to guests for all necessary information and assistance.
