Maria's City Villa is located in the very center of the city of Argostoli, the capital of the island of Kefalonia built in the Venetian style. At a distance of 180m there is a port, a central square, a promenade, many shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, as well as a museum, a library, a theater and a summer cinema. In the harbor there is also one of the main tourist attractions of this place, Kareta-Kareta turtles that you can watch every day from the shore, and 2.5 km from the city, there is a tourist attraction known as Fanari, i.e. the Saint Theodore Lighthouse, as well as the Fanari beach. This accommodation unit is structured as a maisonette on two levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of five people. On its first level, which is located on the level of the second floor, it contains a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level, in the attic, there are two bedrooms with double beds and an additional bathroom. A sofa that sleeps a fifth person is located in the hall on the upper level. A cot and a high chair can be added upon request and at no additional cost. In this air-conditioned maisonette, with an independent cooling unit in the living room and both bedrooms, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a four-burner glass-ceramic stove and a large oven, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Guests have at their disposal two balconies that are equipped with seating and offer a view of the city. You can see the sea from the windows facing the opposite side. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done after three days.
