The terrace of the studio on the first floor offers a wonderful view of the sea and Sarta. It is located just above the highway, 300 m from the center and 400 m from the sandy beach. Although at first glance it seems far away, all facilities and the sea can be reached very quickly. It has two studios on the first floor and one studio on the ground floor, which were renovated in 2022. The other four studios in the same house, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, belong to another owner, namely Evelen studios. The studios are three-bedded (16 m2) and have a double bed, and there is also a drawer bed with the dimensions of a single bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed. Balconies are about 5 m2. The studios on the first floor have a panoramic view of Sarti and the beach, while the studios on the ground floor have their own courtyard and a slightly worse view of the sea, but they definitely have it. All studios have a small kitchen, air conditioning (extra charge), internet and TV. Bathrooms are also small, with an enclosed shower area and curtain in upstairs studios, and a glass partition in downstairs studios. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. Next to the house there is a barbecue area with a table and chairs. There is also a private parking lot. House rules are from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see the accommodation on the right side of the highway, 250 m after entering Sarti. Evelen House is a good choice for anyone who wants decent accommodation at good prices. It is suitable for couples or families with small children who are not demanding.

Spanos House is located just twenty meters from the sea in new Sarti. The newly built and nicely equipped facility offers its guests a nice and comfortable vacation. It is about 500m from the center, and about 150m from the nearest store and bakery. There are six two-bed studios (22m2) in the offer, which each have two single beds joined together. Three are on the first floor, three on the second floor, and in the basement there is one three-bed studio (2+1) which has one double bed with a pull-out bed underneath. All studios are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, they have a cooker, a stove with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is a shower cabin in the bathrooms and a hair dryer is also available to the guests. If necessary, the owner can add a cot for babies. Pets are not allowed. Change of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning of accommodation units, is every three days. The disadvantage of this accommodation is that it does not have a private parking lot, so in the season there may be a problem with parking, but there is a public parking lot at a distance of about 500 m. The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn towards Sarti by the soccer field, then turn left into the street that is in the second row from the sea and drive another 350m where you will see the Spanos accommodation on the right. If you want a comfortable vacation, in nicely decorated accommodation, close to the beach and all other amenities, Spanos House can be a good choice.

Eystratios Rooms is located near the city beach, at the junction between old and new Sarti. Due to the proximity of all facilities that this place offers, it can be a good choice for families with children. It is about 40m from the beach, and numerous supermarkets, restaurants and taverns are in the immediate vicinity, and the center of Sartija is about 400m away. The offer includes two five-bed apartments and six three-bed studios. One apartment is located on the first floor, and the other on the second. In one bedroom they have three single beds, in the other they have a double bed. The kitchen is separate. Both five-bed apartments have two air conditioners. Three three-bed studios are located on the first floor, three on the second floor, each with one double and one single bed, and a separate kitchen. Coming from the direction of Vourvuru, turn left at the Fact club, then take the first street on the right and drive it all the way to the end. The street then leads to the left and after a few meters you will see the accommodation. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary accessories, they have a stove with two hotplates, a small refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The bathrooms have a bordered area for showering, without a cabin and without a curtain, and a hair dryer is also available to guests. Bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay, while the hygiene of the accommodation units is maintained by the guests themselves. The accommodation does not have private parking, you can park your car in front of and near the accommodation, and there is a public parking lot across the street. The larger apartment with two bedrooms is located on the first floor and faces the promenade. One bedroom has one double and one single bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is separate, and the dining table with chairs is located both in the kitchen and on the terrace. The second apartment has one bedroom and is also located on the first floor. It is intended for a stay of up to four adults. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. Upon request, the owner can provide a baby cot. The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with internet, TV, hair dryer and iron. Kitchens include basic kitchenware, a toaster, a kettle, a two-burner stove and a large fridge freezer.
