Anna Villa is located in a quiet part of the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos. This spacious three bedroom apartment is ideal for one or two families as well as a group of friends. The beautiful sandy beach of Trani Ammouda, with its long shallows, is less than 10 minutes away by car (3.5 km). The center of the village is about 500 m away, where there are taverns with good food, a bakery and a supermarket. The stone house was built in 2008 and renovated and reopened for bookings in 2018. Accommodation is also available for rent during the winter. The owners live upstairs, so only the ground floor with a separate entrance is for rent. It is a large apartment for six people, consisting of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, pantry, bathroom and terrace. The first bedroom has two single beds, TV and access to the terrace. The second room has a double bed and a TV, while the third room has a narrower than standard double bed. In the living room there are two sofa beds, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a kettle, coffee maker, stove, large fridge and small freezer. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the pantry, while the bathroom is equipped with a built-in shower cabin. The covered terrace is equipped with seating. In front of the terrace there is a small yard with a mobile grill. Private parking is located inside the yard and has space for two cars. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days. After entering the village of Agios Nikolaos, turn left at the first intersection. Continue straight, then turn into the second street on the left and after a few meters the villa is on the left. If proximity to the beach is not your priority and you are looking for a spacious apartment just for yourself, Anna Villa can be a good choice.

Change of bed linen and towels as well as cleaning of the apartment is every four days. In the landscaped yard there is a summer house that guests can enjoy when they are not at the beach, there is also a guaranteed parking space and a shared barbecue. Paradise Apartments can be a good choice for guests who value the equipment of the apartment, and the proximity to the beach is not of crucial importance to them when choosing accommodation.
