The Limenaria Beach Hotel is located in the wider center of Limenaria, behind the Samaras Beach Hotel, with which it shares a swimming pool and all other facilities, considering that both are owned by the same family. You can get to the hotel by going to the entrance to Limenaria (from the direction of Prinos), turn right immediately after the Triada Hotel, drive to the coast and then turn left and drive along the coast for about 200m to the hotel. It is a three-star hotel. Guests have at their disposal a restaurant and a bar with a garden on the beach, a reception desk, a swimming pool with shallow and deep areas and a jacuzzi, and a separate parking area. There are 10 studios (classic two-bed studios and studios with an extra bed or beds on the gallery) and one two-room apartment for 4 people. All accommodation units are beautiful, spacious enough, with wooden furniture usually painted in an unusual greenish-blue shade. The bathrooms are newer, with a smaller bathtub. All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, in a cupboard with a roll-up closure, but guests are only allowed to prepare light meals, without much cooking, because there is no good ventilation system. All accommodation units have a fridge, TV, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer and wireless internet signal. Everything is included in the price, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach and around the pool. We offer bed and breakfast (continental breakfast) or half board (dinner - choice from the menu). Breakfast is served in the garden next to the beach and is a special pleasure. The beach is very close to the hotel, about fifty meters away. It is sandy on the shore, with stones in the water. The sea is mostly clean. From there, the beach continues for 2-3 kilometers, so you can always find a part that you like and that suits you. About 600 meters from the hotel is the city beach in Limenaria, and on the other side, 3 kilometers from there is the famous Tripiti beach. The first amenities (market, bakery, restaurants, promenade...) are close to the hotel, a minute's walk away. Parking space is provided for you, which is a special convenience in the central part of Limenaria. All in all, this hotel has everything you need for a nice, pleasant and carefree vacation. Next to the promenade, close to all amenities in the town, yet outside the center and crowds, it is ideal for a quiet vacation, without the need to use a car during vacation. Apart from the fact that the hotel is right on the beach and on the promenade, it is also in a good location because it is in the south of the island, which means that the most famous beaches (Psiliamos, Tripiti, Pefkari, Rosso Gremos, Notos) are nearby, as well as Potos, which is only 5 km away from Limenaria.

This accommodation is run by the same owners as Thalassies Hotel and Thalassies Studios. The beach is close to the hotel, at a distance of 100m. It is sandy on the shore, and rocky and sandy in the water. The sea is mostly clean. The beach is 2-3 km long, so you can always find a part that you like and that suits you, without crowds. Some 600m from the hotel is a small town beach in Limenaria, and on the other side, 3km away is the famous Tripiti beach. The first facilities (market, bakery, restaurants, promenade) are close to the hotel, at a distance of 200m. There are 23 rooms on offer (classic double and triple rooms and four-bed maisonettes with an extra bed or beds on the gallery). All rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious enough, with more luxurious, extremely comfortable furniture. The bathrooms are completely new, modern, with a shower with a curtain. All rooms have a mini-bar, TV, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer and wireless internet signal. Two rooms are located in the basement. They are equipped like all the others in the hotel, but they do not have a balcony, only a small window. One room is a double room with two single beds, while the other is a four-bed room (two separate rooms with one bathroom). There is a double bed in the first room, and two single beds joined together in the second. The rooms have satellite television, LCD TV, free wireless internet, hairdryer, mini fridge, safe and air conditioning. No accommodation unit has a kitchen. From the 2019 season, there are two more double and one triple rooms in the basement. It is a newly built and beautifully decorated three-star hotel. Guests have at their disposal a restaurant and bar with garden on the beach, reception, elevator, swimming pool with shallow and deep sections, pool bar, game room, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and massage room. The use of the sauna is charged additionally. Accommodation can be booked on a half-board basis (breakfast and lunch or dinner). Breakfast is self-service, and dinner consists of soup, salad of your choice from the salad bar, one of two main dishes and dessert. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every other day, and bed linen is changed every three days. There is no private parking, but there are parking spaces near the accommodation. The owners can also help you. The hotel can be approached from the highway (it is located on the right side of the highway when coming from the direction of Skala Prinos) if you turn right after the Helios supermarket or from the direction of the beach and the sea by turning right immediately after the Triada Hotel and then drive by the sea. All in all, this hotel has everything you need for a nice, pleasant and carefree vacation. If the most important thing for you is to stay in quality accommodation, in a quiet location, away from traffic and noise, and at the same time be a minute from the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops and everything else that a coastal town has to offer, then Thallasies Nouveau Hotel is an excellent choice for you.

Molos Hotel is a renovated hotel in the south of the island of Thassos, in Limenaria. It is located directly on the promenade, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, numerous shops and cafes, making it an ideal choice for those looking for modern accommodation in a good location. Within the hotel there is a restaurant run by the same owners. 100m to the right of the accommodation begins the city beach, 2km long, with sandy and rocky parts. The hotel has a total of ten rooms, five each on the first and second floors. The layout of the rooms on each floor is the same - there is one triple and one double room with side sea view and three double rooms with direct sea view. The area of ​​three-bed rooms is approximately 18m², and two-bed rooms are 13m². It is important to note that the bathrooms and balconies are somewhat smaller. Double rooms have a double bed, while triple rooms also have a sofa for one person. All rooms are equipped with a standard refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, safety deposit box, hair dryer, air conditioning and TV. Internet is available, as well as mosquito nets. From the balcony, which is equipped with tables and chairs, there is a direct or lateral view of the blue sea. There is a reception on the ground floor of the hotel, and right next to it is the Molos restaurant, where a buffet breakfast is served every morning from 8 am to 10 am. The main advantages of this villa are its location, affordable price and proximity to the beach. The large beach and promenade are 92m away, while the nearest bakery and market are 30m away. The facility was built in 1989 and renovated in 2011. For the 2025 season, only one four-bed studio is available for online booking, while the other units are rented by a local agency. The four-bed studio (28m2) is located on the first floor and consists of one French bed and a bunk bed. It is intended for a family with two smaller children. The accommodation has air conditioning (for which there is an optional extra charge), WiFi, TV, mosquito nets, a kitchen, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a shower with a curtain, a terrace with a view of the courtyard/street in front of the accommodation and the yard. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every four days. The building has its own yard, where there are tables and chairs for sitting. There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in the nearby streets or in the public parking lot, which is 400m away from the accommodation. Apartments Smaro are a family house located in the center of Limenaria, but in a quiet place because the street in which they are located is tucked away. It offers comfortable family apartments that are just a step away from all amenities, as well as the beach. The apartments are very bright, equipped with new and beautiful furniture. The large city beach with a length of 2 km is only 100 m away, and the small city beach is about 250 m away. The owners of the villa live on the first floor, while on the ground floor there are two comfortable duplex apartments, renovated in 2017. The apartments have two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a small oven. In one room there is a double bed, while in the other there are two single beds. An extra bed can be inserted if necessary. The apartments are between 55-60m2. The unit with a sea view is slightly smaller. Balconies are separated, covered with vines and surrounded by flowers. Only one of them has a sea view. The owners of the villa are very kind and accommodating. The apartments are air-conditioned, have internet access and a TV set. Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. Guests can park on the street in front of the house, where there is usually space. The villa is located in the city center, but since it is in a small street hidden from traffic and crowds, you don't have to worry about noise. Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the central intersection turn right towards the sea and immediately after 20m, turn right again into the first paved street, next to the Malliatos supermarket. It is a dead end road that leads you to the accommodation. Villa Smaro would suit all those who need comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. It is about 100m away from the promenade and all other facilities, such as cafes, supermarkets and taverns. The villa is about 5 km from Potos, and the beaches of Psili Amos, Notos, Rosso Gremos, San Antonio and Tripiti are only a few minutes' drive away.

Passa Studios is decent and affordable accommodation in the center of Limenaria, a stone's throw from all the amenities this place has to offer. The accommodation is a classic apartment, with wooden furniture and comfortable units. The accommodation is 200 meters from the city beach and 100 meters from the main intersection. The nearest beach is 2 km long and has sandy and rocky parts, with sunbeds and umbrellas that are provided free of charge with the ordered drink or coffee. The house was built in 1985, but the owners invest in its maintenance every year. The house has four accommodation units for rent. All of them are different from each other in the arrangement of rooms and beds. We offer three studios (two-bed, three-bed and four-bed) and one apartment (four-bed). At street level there are a four-bed studio (about 35m2) with one double bed and a sofa bed for two and one four-bed apartment (about 30m2) with one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom and a single sofa in the living room. The house has one three-bed (30m2) and two-bed studio (20m2) in the basement. These accommodation units are below the level of the highway, on the other side of the house, but it is not a real basement because they are at the level of the yard, they are not buried. The three-bed studio has one king-size French bed and a sofa for one person, a kitchen and a bathroom. The double studio has one king size French bed. These two accommodation units have a sitting area in front separated by a partition (as you can see in the pictures). Apartments and studios have TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, bathroom and veranda with seating furniture, which you can see in the photos. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning is done every four days. A brick grill is available to guests in the small yard, and there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. There are several private parking spaces next to the house, and along the street it is also not difficult to find a parking space. The accommodation is located on the right side of the highway in Limenaria, seen from the direction of Prinos, before the central intersection. Passa Studios is the first house after Hlios supermarket. If you are not too demanding when it comes to accommodation, you want modest and decent accommodation within a 2-3 minute walk from the beach and all amenities in the city, then Passa Studios can be a good choice.

It offers its guests beautiful and fully equipped apartments in a quiet location and thus provides the opportunity for a wonderful vacation during your stay on Thassos. Villa Keramidi is located in Limenaria and is one of the most sought after because of the comfort it provides. It is located in a quiet area, slightly removed from the city, 650m from the intersection and about 1km from the city beach. A well-stocked and affordable supermarket is about 150m from the house, and a bakery about 300m away. You can also walk to the city in ten minutes. It was built in 2008 and has spacious, new and modern apartments (45m2). There are five apartments in total (two on the ground floor and three on the first floor). All apartments consist of two rooms, a bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a dining room, an equipped kitchen and two sofa beds. It is not possible to add an extra bed. Each apartment has satellite TV, bathroom, air conditioning and wireless internet. The terraces are very spacious, and each apartment has two of them (on both sides of the house). The owners are very friendly and unobtrusive and speak Serbian very well. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment themselves. The price includes final cleaning only. Private parking is available to guests, as well as a barbecue in the yard. Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the central intersection in Limenaria, turn left towards the interior of the island (towards Kastro). After driving for 650m, turn left and you will see a villa on the right side of the road. If you want good and affordable accommodation in a quiet location, which will serve as a base for visiting the island, Keramidi Villa is the ideal choice for you. .

Konstantinos Villa 2 is an accommodation almost on the beach and in a quiet part of Limenaria - away from the center and crowds, and very close to all the facilities that this place offers. It is a three-story house with two-bed, three-bed and four-bed studios with a sea view. The villa is only 200-250m away from the center of Limenaria. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, a large selection of taverns, shops and a promenade. The accommodation is less than 50m from the beach. The building was built in 2005 and renovated in 2009. There are eight studios spread over three floors. On the last, second floor, there are two four-bed studios with single beds. On the first floor there are one three-bed and two two-bed units also with single beds, while on the upper ground floor there are two three-bed units (three single beds) and one two-bed studio with a double bed. The view towards the sea is sideways and is more beautiful from the higher floors. Accommodation units have an area between 19-35m2. The furniture is classic, wooden and well preserved. Each studio has a mini kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi and TV. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed intended for a child up to eight years old. The owner can give you a hairdryer to use. Guests can pay for breakfast at Reverie Suites, which is 50m from the villa and is run by the same owner. They can also use the pool located in the mentioned accommodation. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days. In the immediate vicinity, 50m from the villa, there is a private parking lot with a barbecue, swimming pool, as well as two other villas (belonging to the same owner) with a large yard. The yard is available to guests of all three accommodations. Also, the owners of Konstantinos Beach Villa 1 have a washing machine at your disposal. The beach is sandy on the shore, and there are stones in the water, so it is more suitable for swimmers than for children. Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the entrance to Limenaria, turn right at the first intersection after the Triada Hotel, which is on the left side of the highway. After about 50m, turn again into the first alley on the right, next to Easy Riders rent-a-bike and drive straight for another 70m. At the end of that alley, on the corner on the left, you will come across Villa Konstantinos 2. Bearing in mind that it is located in a very quiet place and in one of the best locations, Konstantinos Villa 2 can be an excellent choice, if you want a quiet holiday on the coast in a very decent accommodation. Given that the villa is located in the south of the island, within 10 km there are a large number of famous beaches that are among the most popular on Thassos (Psili Amos, Notos, Rosso Gremos and Tripiti). Potos is only 5 km away.

Giota Studios is an accommodation at the entrance to Limenaria. It is a very nice and decent accommodation in a quiet location, ideal for vacation in the truest sense of the word. The owner maintains a high level of hygiene. Since the building is on a hill, most of the units have excellent views. The owners are extremely kind, accommodating and unobtrusive. The strictest city center is about 1 km from the villa. The beach is about 250m away. The coast is sandy, and there are rocky and sandy parts in the water. The part of the beach that is in front of the luxury hotels is organized, with sunbeds and umbrellas that you can rent or get for free with a drink. The supermarket is 300m away. Giota (Jota) Studios offers three studios on the second floor, one apartment on the first floor and one apartment on the ground floor (a few steps below the level of the courtyard). Two studios are two-bed (20m2), both have a double bed, one of them has a direct view, while the other looks at the sea from the side. The third studio is a three-bed studio (25m2), has one double bed and one single bed each and looks towards the mountain and slightly towards the sea. The apartment on the first floor (70m2) is a duplex, has two bedrooms and a view of the sea. In the first there are two single beds, and in the second a double bed narrower than standard. There is a sofa bed in the living room with the kitchen. Only this unit has a washing machine and an oven. The apartment located on the ground floor is a few steps below the level of the courtyard. It has three rooms, two bedrooms, with two single beds, i.e. one French bed narrower than standard, and a living room with a sofa bed. This apartment is ideal for one large family, two families or two couples. It can accommodate up to five people. All accommodation units have a kitchen, TV, air conditioning, terrace, iron and wireless internet. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, while cleaning is done daily. The yard is small and paved, with a barbecue. There is enough parking space in front of the house. The accommodation is located 1 km before Limenaria, seen from the direction of Prinos, on a hill on the left side of the highway, from which there is an excellent view of the sea. When you reach the intersection with the Discovery Hotel sign, turn left and drive uphill. Our advice is to avoid the uphill on the other side because of the steepness. If you want peace, quiet, a nice view, decent prices and accommodation as a good base for tours, this house is an excellent choice. The location is excellent, because it is in the south of the island where there are many popular beaches, and Potos is only 6 km away.

The units are spacious, and some of them have a view of the sea, while others look towards the mountain. Guests can pay for breakfast and half board. The owners are wonderful people always ready to help. The accommodation is 100m from the beach. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where you can pay for breakfast or lunch. The villa is in the south of the island, so almost all the most popular beaches are very close. It has a great base for touring and exploring the island. The strictest center of Limenaria is less than 1.5 km away, or about 15 minutes' walk. In the town there is a promenade with a large selection of shops, restaurants, taverns and supermarkets. The city beach, which is a two-minute walk from the villa, is partly sandy and partly rocky. It is 2 km long, so everyone can find the part that suits them best. There is also a large, well-stocked supermarket near the villa, some 600m away. The villa was built in 1984. The apartments (45m2) were built in 2025 and are designed for up to four people. Both apartments are located on the high ground floor. In the bedroom there is one French bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people, with a standard mattress. Apartment number 7 has a slightly smaller balcony and overlooks the back yard (there is a tall screen made of artificial leaves), while apartment number 8 has a view of the highway. Some studios have a view of the sea, but they also face the highway, so they are noisier than the rooms at the back of the house. The rooms are different in size, some are smaller, some are more spacious. The terraces are narrower. The four-bed studios are very spacious. All units have a mini-kitchen, terrace, air conditioning, TV, bathrooms and WiFi internet. The furniture in the studios is classic, wooden. The studios on the second floor are not available for online booking. Breakfast is from 8-10 a.m., and lunch/dinner is served until 4 p.m. Drinks are not included in the price. With the owners, guests can agree on the choice of dishes every day. The owner of the villa maintains a high level of hygiene. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every 4-5 days. The landlady is very kind, so you can arrange a more frequent change of bed linen and towels with her on the spot. The villa has a private parking lot. The accommodation is located 1.5 km in front of Limenaria from the direction of Prinos, on the left side of the highway. We recommend this villa to everyone who wants an affordable vacation option. The price is much lower compared to other similar villas, and the accommodation is quite decent.
