Magda apartments are new, modern, comfortable and clean apartments in beautiful Nea Roda, built in 2019. The accommodation is located next to a supermarket (4m), while a butcher and bakery are 20m away. The sea is only a 4-minute walk away (about 150m), so you don't need a car. The four-bed studio (32m2) consists of a bathroom, a kitchen with a living room and a separate sleeping area in which there is a double bed, while in the modern and comfortable living room there is a folding sofa with the dimensions of a double bed. A two-bedroom apartment (42m2) can accommodate up to six people. It has two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a bathroom, a kitchen with a living room (folding couch) and a balcony. Both apartments are located on the high ground floor (five steps above), are air-conditioned and have a TV, hair dryer, iron, mosquito nets and WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, necessary dishes for dining and preparing meals, as well as a kettle, toaster and coffee machine, ie espresso (duplex). When it comes to hygiene, after four nights, cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done according to the agreement with the owner, or the wish of the guest. Guests can park on the street in front of the accommodation. If by any chance the guests arrive earlier or their departure is later, they can leave their luggage in the accommodation without any problem until the moment of entry, i.e. departure.

The facility is neat and equipped with newer furniture, which contributes to the feeling of comfort as at home. We offer two apartments on the first floor - one with three beds and one with four beds. Three-bed apartment no. 1 (48 m²) has a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa, while the bedroom has a double bed. Four-bed apartment no. 2 (65 m²) in the living room with kitchen has one single bed, under which there is another pull-out single bed in the form of a drawer, while in the bedroom there is a double bed. The kitchens in both apartments are equally equipped and contain a large refrigerator with freezer, a large stove, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and the necessary dishes. The exception is the four-bed apartment, which additionally has a washing machine. The bathrooms are decorated in the same way, and the shower is separated by a glass partition. Both apartments have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, WiFi internet and hair dryer, while the four-bed apartment also has a Sony PlayStation console. The three-bed apartment has one balcony with a direct view of the sea, while the four-bed apartment has two balconies - one with a view of the sea and the other with a view of the neighboring house. Cleaning of the apartment, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every three days. The property has a small, fenced and paved yard and no private parking, but guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the property. Gianni's Apartments can be a good choice for families who want a quiet vacation in close proximity to all the amenities that this picturesque island has to offer.

At a distance of 30m, there is the nearest unorganized rocky beach. The accommodation is somewhat more modest, but maintained. It is located in an excellent position and has 10 accommodation units. On the ground floor there are four four-bed studios (N6, N7, Na, Nb and N9). All studios are on two levels and have an open gallery. Studios N6, N7, N9 and Nb each have two double beds, one of which is on the gallery. In studio Na, there is a double bed in the lower part, and two single beds in the gallery. All studios have verandas with seating. All studios have a side view of the sea. The other units are located on the first floor. Out of a total of 5 units, three studios are three-bed (N1, N2 and N3). They have a double bed and a sofa for one person. Two accommodation units are apartments (N4 and N5), both for a maximum of 5 people. They have a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area, and an extra bed can be added.
