Our description Danai House in Nea Rodi offers a renovated duplex apartment (110m2) for a maximum of eight people. The apartment is ideal for two families or one large family, and since the owners are unobtrusive, privacy is guaranteed. It is located in a quiet location, in a large yard with lawn, perfect for enjoyment, children's play and socializing, and from the large balcony offers a beautiful sea view. Accommodation also has parking for three cars. It is located about 350m from the beach, center and all the facilities that this place offers, on a gentle hill to which a dirt road leads. The apartment is on the first floor seen from the front, ie. on the ground floor, seen from the back. It has internet, TV and three air conditioners (in the living room and bedrooms). In the living room there is one sofa for two, one sofa for one person, and behind the wall (two steps lower) there is a sofa for one child. From the living room you enter the kitchen where there is a sofa, as well as another sofa for one person. The kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob, large refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, and all necessary utensils. There is also a high chair in the apartment. The bedrooms have one double bed and a wardrobe, and there is also a baby cot. The bathroom is new, with a shower, washing machine and hair dryer, and since 2019, the toilet has been in operation, which was subsequently made. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, and guests take care of hygiene during their stay. There is a shower in the yard, as well as a barbecue and a sink. Owner's description Danai House is located in Nea Rodi, in the Gulf of Jerisos, not far from Mount Athos. The house was built on a gentle slope with panoramic views of the village, the sea and part of Mount Athos. The sea (350m) is easily reached on foot. The beach stretches along the entire length of the place, and continues outside the populated area. In the pedestrian zone there are a large number of taverns, cafes, pastry shops, pizzerias, supermarkets and playgrounds for children. Nearby is a large and beautiful beach Komica overlooking the island of Amuliani, which stretches to the border with Mount Athos. The beach is surrounded by shallow blue sea, ideal for children and adults. By ferry you can visit the island of Amuliani, 1 km away, and 15 km from Ouranopolis, from where you can reach Mount Athos by boat. The house is built on a plot of 1000m2 and is surrounded by orchards and lawns. It consists of two bedrooms with one double bed, wardrobe, computer desk and terrace overlooking the sea. There is a possibility of inserting a baby cot. The bathroom is spacious, has a hairdryer and washing machine. The large living room has a fireplace, three sofas with the possibility of adding a fourth bed if needed. Hotel Alexandra is located at the entrance to Nea Roda, just a 2-3 minute walk from the sandy beach and the center. Accommodation has 16 studios-rooms of the same area (20m2), accommodation capacity for 2-4 people. The amenities that this hotel offers are a fenced and beautifully landscaped yard, which is mostly in the shade, so it is great for carefree play of children, but also socializing, considering that there is a barbecue and a summer house. Guests are welcome all year round. The beach and the center with restaurants are at a distance of only 30m, while the nearest market and bakery are about 100m away. The specificity of the accommodation units is that there is a kitchenette, but empty and unfurnished. If you want to use it during your stay, you can emphasize this when booking, so in addition to glasses and a small refrigerator with a freezer, you will also get a stove and the necessary cutlery. The bathrooms have a fenced tub with a curtain (some triple studios-rooms have a cabin). The units are arranged in two buildings, on the first and second floor. They have a direct or side sea view. All are air conditioned, have a TV, terrace with tumble dryer, and if you need a hair dryer, you can contact the reception, which is on duty during the day. Internet signal is available in the yard, where you have a shower and hose. It is also possible to insert an extra bed (extra charge). The hotel does not offer the possibility of meals. Hygiene of the units in the form of cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every 4 days. There is space for 12 vehicles in the private parking lot, so it can happen in the peak season to leave your vehicle in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Hotel Xerxis is located on the most beautiful part of the beach in Nea Roda. The beach is sandy, has a blue flag and is also suitable for children due to its gradual depth and fine sand. The hotel beach is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, which are free for hotel guests to use, with the consumption of drinks. The hotel's studios can accommodate 3 to 4 people and most have a direct view of the sea. Next to the accommodation there is a large free public parking lot, and on the beach there is a bar with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a children's playground in the shade of large umbrellas. The hotel is located in the central part of the town, so guests have all the amenities of the town within easy reach. The first restaurant is only 10m away, while the market and bakery are 50m from the accommodation. The highway is 200m away. Out of a total of nine studios, five overlook the sea, and four are on the other side and overlook the site. One double studio is new, it was built in June 2023. It is located on the second, last floor of the hotel and has the largest terrace and the most beautiful view. The kitchen is in the open air, but with an awning that can be lowered or raised as needed, thus protecting it from possible wind or rain. There is a large seating area on the terrace as well as sun loungers. It is suitable for two adults, possibly one small child. It has a double bed. There are a total of six three-bed studios (about 21m2), all on the first floor and with three single beds or one French and one single bed.
