Hotel Xerxis is located on the most beautiful part of the beach in Nea Roda. The beach is sandy, has a blue flag and is also suitable for children due to its gradual depth and fine sand. The hotel beach is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, which are free for hotel guests to use, with the consumption of drinks. The hotel's studios can accommodate 3 to 4 people and most have a direct view of the sea. Next to the accommodation there is a large free public parking lot, and on the beach there is a bar with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a children's playground in the shade of large umbrellas.
The hotel is located in the central part of the town, so guests have all the amenities of the town within easy reach. The first restaurant is only 10m away, while the market and bakery are 50m from the accommodation. The highway is 200m away.
Out of a total of nine studios, five overlook the sea, and four are on the other side and overlook the site.
One double studio is new, it was built in June 2023. It is located on the second, last floor of the hotel and has the largest terrace and the most beautiful view. The kitchen is in the open air, but with an awning that can be lowered or raised as needed, thus protecting it from possible wind or rain. There is a large seating area on the terrace as well as sun loungers. It is suitable for two adults, possibly one small child. It has a double bed.
There are a total of six three-bed studios (about 21m2), all on the first floor and with three single beds or one French and one single bed.
There are a total of two four-bed studios (about 21 m2), they are also on the first floor and have two single beds and or one French bed and a bunk bed.
There is also a five-bed studio with a view of the sea (about 24m2), suitable for families with three children, which has a double bed, a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed, if necessary.
In the kitchen, they have a small stove with an oven and a small refrigerator, as well as all the necessary dishes. All studios have a shower cabin in the bathroom.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets and a terrace. A baby cot is available on request, free of charge.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are done every 5 days or halfway through the stay if it lasts up to seven nights.
This accommodation is the perfect choice for families with children who want to spend their summer in a smaller place and for whom the proximity to the beach and all basic facilities is their top priority.
Within the hotel, there is also a beach bar with the same name, which serves, in addition to all possible drinks and delicious fast food, home-cooked meals, salads made from, mostly, local vegetables, fresh fish... The beach bar is largely covered by a natural wood awning, and is a good option for guests who want to spend the whole day outside and feel comfortable, despite the great heat during the summer months.
