The rooms are decorated with taste and the yard is ideal for enjoyment and rest. The beach is 50 meters away. The entrance to the water is rocky, while after a few meters there is sand. Kapsogeorgis Studios offers a total of 11 accommodation units: One studio (4 Bed Studio, Unlimited Sea View, 40m2) for four people located on the first floor and has one double bed in the living room and two single beds located in a separate area but there is no door between the rooms. The studio has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a view of the sea. Two maisonettes (50m2) that can accommodate up to five people and whose lower level is located on the high ground floor, and the upper level is on the first floor. Lia Studios is a very affordable and popular accommodation located in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the center, shops and bakery. All studios have sea view. A barbecue is also available to guests, and the owners are wonderful people who are always there for you. Accommodation is located in Skala Marijes, 250m from the center, city beach and Sunset beach. In the center there are shops, taverns, a pharmacy, a butcher and a bakery. Skala Maries is a small, very quiet place, about 35 km from Limenas and 7 km from Limenaria. In addition to the two already mentioned, nearby is the Atspas beach, a sandy beach with a volleyball court, umbrellas, sunbeds, crystal clear water and parking space. Near the town, towards Skala Prinos, there are many wild coves, and in the opposite direction, towards Limenaria, there is the beautiful and popular Tripiti beach. The facility was built in 1996, but the owners invest in it every year. There are 12 studios on offer (eight four-bed and four three-bed), spread over three floors. All have a view of the sea. On the first floor there are four four-bed studios (30m2) with one French and two single beds, while on the second and third floors there are the remaining eight units (25m2), two of which on each floor have three single beds and the other two have three single beds and a sofa for one person. If necessary, a fourth, extra bed can be inserted in several studios. The studios are very decent and clean. On the first floor, there are stone floors and partitions, which makes the ambience unusual, but certainly beautiful, and such materials also give additional freshness to the space, which is desirable in the summer months, regardless of the existence of air conditioning. The units are equipped with classic, wooden furniture. The bathrooms are medium in size with a shower. The kitchens are equipped and have a stove with two hotplates, an extractor fan and a refrigerator. All necessary utensils are provided. Air conditioners exist in all accommodation units and their use is included in the price. Also, there is a smaller TV hanging on the wall and internet access. The studios are cleaned daily and towels and bed linen are changed every three days. There is practically no yard, except on the third floor, where at the back of the house there is a wider space (corridor) outdoors, with greenery, flowers, a porch and a stone table with benches. The view from there is the most beautiful and overlooks the surrounding hills, Sunset Beach and the sea. In front of the house there is an extension on the road with eight to nine parking spaces. The owners claim that the extension is used exclusively by the guests of their villa because the road next to the accommodation is not busy. When driving from the direction of Prinos, you see Skala Marijes, turn right from the highway and pass Sunset beach, then turn half left up the hill to the church, from where you follow the road to the left (not towards the center) for another 100m until you see Lia Studios on the right side of the street. The studios are clean and nicely decorated, so they would suit anyone looking for affordable accommodation in a good location, both for visiting the island and in relation to the nearest beaches.

Natasa Hotel is located 1 km from the beach and 1.2 km from the center of Skala Potamije. This complex consists of two buildings with a total of 34 rooms (double, triple or quadruple). The first building, where the reception is also located, was renovated in 2013. There are two types of accommodation units - standard and superior. Standard rooms (20m2) are unrenovated and consist of two single beds, and one more single and extra bed can be added. They are located in the basement and on the first floor. The superior rooms (20m2) have been renovated and, like the standard ones, have one French or two single beds, and one more single can be added as well as an auxiliary bed. They are located on the high ground floor and on the first floor. The rooms are air-conditioned, have TV with satellite channels, fridge, telephone and hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, and cleaning is done daily. A cot for children up to 2 years old is available on request. In the large yard surrounded by olive groves, there is a swimming pool with a bar to enjoy with a coffee or a drink. There is a playground for children. The hotel restaurant has dishes from Greek and international cuisine on its menu. Breakfast buffet is served from 8:15-10:15, and dinner from 19:30-21:00. Guests have access to private parking, WiFi internet and a safe at the reception, as well as a washing machine for an extra charge of 5e. The accommodation is about 950m from the beach, and about five minutes' walk from the nearest supermarket and bakery. Four rooms are located at the front and have a partial side view of the sea, and two are located at the back (smaller square footage) and look at the mountain and the surrounding area. The rooms on the back side have French beds, and the three rooms on the front side have two joined single beds, while one has a French bed. A cot can be added to the rooms, if necessary. There is one stove in two rooms on the first floor. Given that the units do not have a kitchen in their composition, there is a common kitchen and dining room on the ground floor where guests can prepare meals. There is a microwave oven and a toaster in the kitchen. On the first floor, in the corridor between the units, there is also a cupboard with an electric cooker and one gas stove, which you can use if needed. There is private parking for four vehicles. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every third day. Small pets are welcome.

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamija, 500m from the sandy town beach with a long shallow. It is a building that offers two maisonettes, apartments on two levels, in which a maximum of eight people can stay. Maisonettes consist of a ground floor, in which there is a living room with two couches. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, coffee maker, etc.) and a toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed and each of these two bedrooms has its own bathroom, which is great if two families are vacationing together. The area of ​​the maisonette is 80m2. Both accommodation units are equipped with TV and air conditioning, have internet access and a private balcony. Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every other day. The yard is spacious, with lawn and paths and available to all guests of this accommodation. You can find tables and chairs for sitting and in certain parts of the yard, there is also shade. There is a lot of greenery and flowers, which are well maintained. If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, you will find accommodation very easily since it is located on the main road. As soon as you enter the town itself, keep driving straight until you reach an ATM and a bakery. Continue straight for a few meters and you will see Blue Sky Villas on your left, a few meters before Niki supermarket. The first supermarket is a few minutes' walk away, as is the bakery. There is also an ATM nearby. If you want accommodation that is located near the beach, all the facilities that Skala Potamija offers to visitors and is also modernly decorated, Blue Sky Villas can be an excellent choice.

Elina Studios is located in the very center, a few steps from the sandy city beach with a long shallow. The accommodation is modest, but the location is really fantastic, it almost couldn't be better because everything a place has to offer is at your fingertips. This facility is located in Skala Potamija, i.e. in the very center and is only 50m away from the beach. Two air-conditioned studios (22m2) for four people are available, which can be reached by a circular staircase and entered via a large terrace overlooking the center of the town, the surrounding hills, the beach and the sea. The studios have two joined single beds and two folding armchairs, a kitchen and a bathroom. The furniture is classic apartment furniture, and the kitchen and bathroom are of medium quality. It is decent and clean. Guests have at their disposal an extremely large veranda with a canopy, common to both studios, where you can sit, enjoy, dine and let the children play. The studios also have separate balconies, which overlook the back of the building. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days, and cleaning is done daily. This accommodation does not have its own private parking, so you have to leave your vehicle in one of the public parking spaces. Coming from Skala Panagia, turn left at the central intersection and drive to the sea, the house is on the left. The studios are located above Giorgos pastry shop and Mama's snack bar. Elina Studios is decent accommodation at reasonable prices, in an excellent location for all those who want to be in the heart of the city, in the center of all events, a step away from the promenade, restaurants, cafes.

This facility is located in Skala Potamia, 450m from the sandy beach and the popular beach bar Paralia Nouveau. In its diverse offer, Aithrion 1 has studios that can host up to four and one five-bed apartment. The studios are spread over three floors, they are located on the ground, first and second floors, while the apartment is on the ground floor. The layout of the beds is varied, so the two-bed studios (18m2) have one French or two joined single beds and they are located on the first or second floor. On the other hand, three-bed studios (18m2) have one double bed and one single bed and, like the two-bed accommodation units, are located on the first or second floor. The only four-bed studio (24m2) on the second floor has three single beds (two of which are joined) and a sofa bed, while the studios on the ground floor have a French bed and bunk beds. The apartment (35m2) that can accommodate up to five people consists of one separate bedroom with two single beds, while the room with the kitchen has one double bed and one single bed. If you want decent accommodation, close to the beach and all other facilities, with a wonderful yard ideal for children to play and run around, Aithrion 1 Studios can be an excellent choice.
