Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. Since 2004 our guests confirm the pleasant atmosphere of our place. We are happy to welcome interesting and nice guests from all over the world.

Our description Accommodation is located in Astris about 150m from the beach. Coming from the direction of Prinos and Potos, at the very beginning of Astris you will see a turn for bungalows, to the left of the highway. At the turn there is a sign marked Caripis. The Caripis Bungalows complex has a total of seven bungalows located in a very spacious courtyard. Each is intended for one family only. They are at a sufficient distance from each other so that everyone has privacy. In the first row of the yard there are two slightly larger bungalows (30m2) which have one bedroom with a double and a single bed, separated by a door from the room where the kitchen and sofa. The other five bungalows (25m2) can be for three or four people. In the first room there is one double bed, a single bed and a folding armchair, while in the second there is a kitchen. Each bungalow has a bathroom, veranda, kitchen, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets and wireless internet. The bungalows are very well maintained and clean. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done every five days. If you want, you can clean yourself, because accessories and cleaning products are in every bungalow. The yard is very large. It contains several toys for children, three brick barbecues and a volleyball net. There is a private parking lot within the yard. The gas station is located 1km. Bungalows Karipis are ideal if you want a quiet, family vacation, alone or with friends in a place that has an organized beach, several restaurants and two markets with basic groceries, fruits and vegetables. One of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island, Psiliamos, is about 500m from the bungalows Karipis, and Potos is about 6km away. The distance of the bungalow from the first drugstore is only a hundred meters. The beach is sandy on the shore, and there are sandy and rocky parts in the water. The Caripis bungalows are great as a base. They are located in a spacious yard full of olive trees, in a quiet place, away from traffic and crowds, and yet near the city beach, near Psiliamos and a five minute drive from Potos which offers entertainment, promenade, shops and entertainment. You will reach it by taking the highway from the direction of Limenaria, driving through Potos and exiting Potos. After about one kilometer (counting from the central crossroads in Potos) you will see a turnoff for the Atrium Hotel, and after a hundred meters or a little more another turnoff towards San Antonio Beach. You can take any turn - both will take you to San Antonio Beach. Looking from Potos, Villa Sissy is located between the Atrium Hotel and the Kamari Hotel. The villa is on the beach. It has a total of 8 accommodation units, 4 apartments and 4 studios located on the ground floor and first floor. The villa has recently been completely renovated with beautiful furniture, has a large yard with a landscaped lawn and plenty of space for children to play. Each studio has a kitchen and one double bed and a sofa bed for two children. The area is 25m2. The apartments are family and consist of two rooms. In the yard of the villa, next to the beach there is a shower. We recommend Villa Sissy to everyone who wants a peaceful holiday, away from noise and traffic. The yard is very large, full of greenery and olive trees, with a fenced parking lot, and immediately after leaving the yard you will step into the sand of San Antonio beach. It is also very practical that there is a shower in the yard next to the exit gate, so the shower can be done in the yard immediately after getting out of the water. There is a barbecue in the yard. There are several good restaurants and taverns on the beach. When you come from Limenaria in Pefkara, 100m after turning right from the main road, you will see Hotel Akti on the left side of the road, right after Hotel Esperia. When you enter Potos from the direction of Limenaria, take the highway to the central crossroads (near the amusement park) and turn left towards Teologos. After a hundred meters turn into the first street on the left, pass Villa Hermes and a hundred meters later you will see Villa Sissy on the left side of the road. It is a very nice and modern accommodation. The villa has two large duplex apartments on the first floor and five studios on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The two studios are right on the ground floor and have a veranda with seating and enjoyment. The other three studios are on the high ground floor and one studio is located on the first floor. All have a double bed and a sofa bed for two children. In the same room are kitchen, TV and air conditioning. The area of each studio is about 24m2. The apartments are very spacious and have two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. The apartments have a large balcony overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace, which is long along the entire length of the apartment and quite wide. Apartment area is 42m2.
