Tucked away in a yard with lots of greenery and natural shade, it is one of the more modest, but also more affordable accommodation, it can be a good choice for undemanding guests who want to spend a peaceful vacation. There are a total of ten accommodation units. Three two-bed and three-bed studios, or four four-bed apartments, on the high ground floor and first floor. Double studios have one double bed narrower than the standard or two connected single beds, while triple studios have one double bed narrower than the standard and a single bed. It is located in a fantastic location, because only 50m away there are two large markets, Masoutis and Marinopoulos, and the best and widest part of the beach in Pefkohori is a hundred meters away. In a small street, not in the main one, so the environment is calmer. They are open all year round, and you can find the owners every day at the reception on the ground floor. Katerina Apartments has 11 apartments and one studio. Double studio (2 + 1) has an area of about 28m2 and is located on the first floor. It has an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishes, two-burner stove) and one double bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child up to 10 years. The apartments can be four-bed, five-bed and six-bed and the area is between 32-35m2. It is more recent (2008) and has eight accommodation units, five of which are available for online reservations. Two have sea views. The triple studio has an area of 24m2 and consists of one double and single bed, as well as a kitchen. One triple studio is located on the ground floor, while the other two are located upstairs. The four-bed apartment has an area of 25m2. It consists of a bedroom (which is separated by an accordion door) with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, one single bed and an equipped kitchen. All furniture is of metal construction, except the sofa. Our description Beach-Hotel Villa Nisteri is located on the beach of Nisteri, a kilometer and a half from Limenas on the way to Prinos. It is a really nice building in a great location with a fantastic sea view. It is a half-hour walk or a 4-5 minute easy drive from the capital Limenas. It is close to one of the most famous beaches on the island - Pahis. It consists of twenty double rooms that can accommodate an extra bed and 4 suites. The villa has been recently renovated, the furniture is modern and high quality. Suite suites have two rooms that are not separated by a door, two connected single beds and one or two sofas as standard beds for one or two children. All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, safe, wireless internet, spacious terrace overlooking the sea, small refrigerator (mini-bar), hair dryer, cot that can be booked on request, telephone and mosquito nets. Cleaning is done daily, and linen and towels are changed every 2 days. It has a stove with two hobs, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. Towels are not provided, and linen change is done in agreement with the owner. Guests maintain their own hygiene in the apartments. The villa also has two family four-bed apartments. They have a double bed in one room and one extra bed can be added, and in the other room there are two single beds for two children. The kitchen and dining room are in the third room. The duplex apartment has a total of 3 and all consist of three rooms. In the first room there is one single bed, and also a bar behind which is a kitchen with a refrigerator, hobs and a dining table.
