It is more recent (2008) and has eight accommodation units, five of which are available for online reservations. Two have sea views. The triple studio has an area of 24m2 and consists of one double and single bed, as well as a kitchen. One triple studio is located on the ground floor, while the other two are located upstairs. The four-bed apartment has an area of 25m2. It consists of a bedroom (which is separated by an accordion door) with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, one single bed and an equipped kitchen. All furniture is of metal construction, except the sofa. All studios and apartments are air conditioned and have a kitchen with a small fridge and mini-stove with oven, TV and hairdryer, and the bathroom has a shower without curtains. Mosquito nets exist only in some rooms. Hygiene of accommodation units, in the form of cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen, is maintained for four days. Within the building there is a pleasant courtyard under the shade of trees, where guests can enjoy the barbecue at their disposal. They do not have private parking, but there is a municipal parking lot nearby. The nearest bakery is 60m away. New Skioni is located on the first peninsula of Halkidiki, on the side of the Gulf of Thessaloniki. It was built near the ancient colony of King Skion. The village was originally called Caprani and was located in a mountainous area. The modern village of Skioni is located in a coastal area where settlement began during the second decade of this century. Skioni is a picturesque village with a combination of pine forest and turquoise sea. It is the largest port on Kassandra and is characterized as a fishing haven. Our newly built apartments are first class accommodation and have an accommodation capacity of 18 beds. They are located at a distance of 110km from Thessaloniki and 5km from the spa Agia Paraskevi. Next to our building there is a large public parking lot which is free. Skioni Beach is the holder of the Blue Flag for its clear sea water. On this beach there is a small playground for children. In the center of the village there are all the necessary shops such as: pharmacy, bakeries, ATMs and many restaurants and bars. Many visitors come to Skioni because of the spa Agia Paraskevi which is located only 5km from the village. It is a modern spa known for its water with healing properties, rich in sulfur that comes from the depths of the earth. Visitors of all ages can enjoy massages, jacuzzis, saunas and treats there. Our description Bellos Apartments is located right on the waterfront, in the small fishing village of Nea Skioni. It consists of a total of 10 double suites, with two single beds connected into one French (twin). Eight apartments have a sea view, and the remaining two are economy types, because the sea view partially obscures the roof of the house in front. These two apartments also have a lower price. All apartments have single beds, and the two are always connected to form a double bed. The apartments are air conditioned, have spacious terraces and internet access, but the signal in two two-bed apartments is slightly worse. Three-bed and four-bed apartments have two terraces. The kitchens are fully equipped with the necessary utensils, a stove with three hobs and an oven. The bathrooms have small bathtubs without curtains. Laundry basins are also provided. Towels and linen are changed in the middle of the stay, and guests take care of maintaining hygiene in the apartments. The front yard is paved, while the back yard is grassy and full of flowers. The bathrooms are large, with a wall-mounted shower. The studio has one double bed and a folding armchair, and the apartment has one double or two single beds in two bedrooms.
