It is about 70m away from the beach, about 200m from the center, and 100m away are markets and bakeries. It consists of double, triple and quadruple duplex apartments. Double apartments (about 25m2) in the bedroom have a double bed, and in the kitchen another sofa bed. Triple apartments (30m2) have one double bed and a sofa bed. Two four-bed duplex apartments (about 65m2) have two bedrooms and a kitchen with another sofa, so it can accommodate up to five people. The kitchens are fully equipped, have a stove with two hobs for cooking, and in the duplex apartments there is an oven. Duplex apartments have showers, while in smaller apartments there is only a fenced tub. All apartments are air conditioned, have TV, internet access and large terraces with seating. Mosquito nets exist only in duplex apartments. Bed linen is changed halfway through the stay, and towels are changed and cleaned every two days. The yard is very nicely decorated and has a nice lawn, it is fenced and safe for children to play. Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce.
