Seaside studios and apartments " studios Anagnostou" are located in Askamnia, Nikita, Halkidiki, on a 5-acre of land full of olive trees, pine trees, flowers and lawn, and 200 m from a sandy beach covered with pine trees. Although it belongs to Nikiti, it is closer to Metamorfosi, , distance covered by feet. Metamorfosi is a seaside village with many pine trees. It has a excellent climate with out humidity, based on scientific facts. This is one of the reasons that summer camps for children were built in this area. In the village there are grocery stores, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, pastry shops, butchers, a pharmacy, doctor's office, playground. In the accommodation there are 7 studios and 2 two-rooms apartments. Studios A1,east, and A2,west, are located on the ground floor, access to the lawn. They have a double bed and a bed between double and single with width 1,10m, therefore two kids could sleep on it comfortably. Studios B1,east, and B4 ,west, are located on the first floor with private balconies, large balcony doors and sea view. They have one double and a bed between double and single with width 1,10m, therefore two kids could sleep on it comfortably. They have separate side stairs, so privacy is at a higher level. Studio B1 is just above Studio A1, on the side of the barbecue Studio B4 is just above studio A2 Studios B2 and B3, one beside the other, are on the first floor with private balconies, large balcony doors and sea view. They have one double and two single beds. Studio C1 is located on the second floor with a private balcony, large balcony door and sea view. It has three single beds. Apartment C2 is a two-rooms apartment on the second floor. It has a huge private balcony with two large balcony doors and sea view . It includes two single beds in the bedroom , a double beds and a sofa in the other room Apartment C3 is a two-room apartment on the second floor. It has a large private balcony with a large balcony door and sea view. There are two single beds in the bedroom, a double and single bed in the other room. The entrance to rooms B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 are from the pool side. Sithonia has some of the most exciting beaches in Chalkidiki. Accommodation Dionysus is a newer facility, in a quiet location near Jerisos, whose units exude cleanliness and comfort. It has eight three-bed studios (24m2), one four-bed studio (28m2), two four-bed (4 + 1) apartments (38m2) and two duplex (4 + 2) apartments (47m2). The accommodation has a large and beautiful yard, full of shade, greenery, paths, outdoor furniture and toys for children, so it is a perfect choice for families. One of the benefits that this accommodation offers to its guests is a guaranteed parking space, as well as a reception, which is available 24 hours a day. Pets are also welcome. The center of Jerisos is about 3.5 km away, while the nearest market and restaurant are 4 km away (the first bakery is located in the center). The nearest beach (unarranged, sandy), which can be reached by climbing and descending, is about 400m away. The first beach is about 4 km. The studios were built in 2009, and the apartments in 2010. The units are located on the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there are apartments and a four-bed studio (the entrance to these units is from the front), while on the first floor there are three-bed studios (two parts on the back have a common fence, which can be locked). All accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a TV, hairdryer and tumble dryer. If someone needs a laundry service, they can contact the owner (free of charge). Mosquito nets exist on both the windows and doors in the upstairs units, while the ground floor units only have them on the windows. In all studios and apartments it is possible to add an extra bed (free of charge), except in two triple studios, which are like half-apartments - the bathroom in the middle "shares" the part with a double bed from the kitchen. The insertion of an extra bed can also mean a reduction in comfort (if guests do not mind, the owner is willing to do so). The duplex apartment is ideal for families with small children. In one bedroom there is a double bed (with baby cot, if needed), while in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed that is big enough to sleep three smaller children. In the dining room there is a dining table with a chair for feeding the baby. Upstairs studios may have partial sea views and garden views from the spacious terraces, while ground floor units have garden views and exits, and their verandas are fenced off only from the side. Our description After turning off the highway towards Psakoudia, after a short drive you will see the beginning of the place and before you reach the first cafe you should turn right towards the beach. You will reach Villa Aiolos on the beach on an unpaved road about 200m long. The villa consists of four-bed apartments. Some apartments have one bedroom with a double bed and a room with a kitchen with two more single beds, and some apartments are on two levels - the ground floor has a bedroom and a small kitchen, and the gallery has space for two more people, in one french or two single beds. In some apartments, instead of two single beds, there is a sofa from which another drawer bed can be pulled out. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hob and a small oven. The bathrooms have enclosed showers without curtains. All apartments have a sea view, some direct and some partial because the canopy of trees on the beach slightly interferes with the open view. The apartments are air conditioned, have TV, mosquito nets, large terraces with table and chairs. WiFi internet is available on the terrace and in the yard. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels are changed every five days, and guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment themselves. There is a lot of greenery and shade in the yard, and there is natural shade on the beach in front of the building. Therefore, guests are provided only with deck chairs (not parasols) that can be taken and placed on the beach. In the yard there is a barbecue, as well as several sofas, and there is plenty of space for children to play.
