Hygiene is at a high level and the owners are very friendly and helpful, so don't be surprised when you open the fridge and find jam, fresh fruit and water. Some of the amenities include a private and partially covered parking space for all guests, a beautiful fenced yard with landscaped lawn, trees and paths, and a barbecue. Small pets are also welcome. The beach is about four minutes away on foot (250 m), while other facilities are at a distance of about 300 m. The nearest shop is 280 m away, the bakery is 200 m away, and the restaurant is 250 m away. The beach is mostly landscaped, and with the purchase of a drink you can use deckchairs and umbrellas for free. The center is 300 m away. The accommodation consists of two buildings and offers two maisonettes and three apartments. Ormos Apartments is about 850 m from the beach, about 900 m from the center of Ormos Panagias, where there are taverns and a small market. The villa was last renovated in 2010 and offers four accommodation units surrounded by a green yard. We offer four studios and one apartment, the terraces of which face the front part of the courtyard. Studio A1 (45 m2, including the terrace) is located on the ground floor and has one double bed and one single bed in the same room. The bathroom is separated by a sliding door and has a bathtub, while the kitchen is partially spatially separated, because it is located right at the entrance. Studio B1 (45 m2, including terrace) is located on the first floor. In one room there is a kitchen and a couch that folds out into an extended single bed, and in the other room (which is not separated by a door) there is a double bed and a single bed, as well as an exit to the terrace. The studio is air-conditioned and has a bathtub in the bathroom. Studio A2 is located on the ground floor and its maximum capacity is three people. In one room there is one double bed and one single bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet has a shower without a shower enclosure. Apartment B2 (70 m2) can also accommodate a maximum of six people. In one room there is a folding couch that becomes an extended single bed, and two rooms are separated by a door, with one French, or two single beds and an armchair that folds out into a single bed. The nearest beach is Talgo beach, 450m away, the famous Lagonisi beach is about a two-minute drive away, and the Trani Amuda beach is three to four minutes away. All these beaches are among the most beautiful in Sithonia. Nikos Apartments has a total of 18 accommodation units, 12 apartments and six studios. The house was completely renovated in 2007, and the apartments on the second floor are somewhat newer than the others. Nine apartments are about 28m2. Three apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa in the kitchen. In six apartments there is one double bed in the bedroom, while in the kitchen there are two bunk beds or a sofa bed. The apartment on the ground floor with one French and two bunk beds is slightly smaller (23m2). Two double studios (15m2) each have a double bed. One of them is located on the corner of the building on the right and is quite small, but has everything you need. One four-bed studio has one double bed and a sofa bed, while the other has one double bed and two bunk beds. Both are about 23m2. Studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have a kitchen, internet, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The apartments have a mini-stove with an oven in the kitchen, and some also have a large electric stove, while the studios have two-burner stoves. Some accommodation units have smaller refrigerators, and some larger ones. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. Guests can use an iron and ironing board if they request, as well as a washing machine for an extra charge. Friendly owners are available if you need anything.
