A1 has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, spacious living room with sleeping area for two people and a separate bedroom. In addition, the apartment can accommodate another person for whom a sofa or baby cot can be provided. Apartment A2 (41m2) is on the upper floor of a two-storey house Neria A. A2 has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, spacious living room that can sleep two people and a separate bedroom. In addition, we can provide you with a baby cot and a railing on request, subject to availability. In apartments A, air conditioning is in the living room, and a fan is on the ceiling of the bedroom, while mosquito nets are on all doors and windows. They also have a private porch and direct access to the spacious and fenced yard, which is common for apartments A. House A is a two-storey house (86m2) suitable to accommodate up to 10 people. It is a combination of apartments A1 and A2, described in the text above. House B Apartment B1 (45m2) is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house Neria B and has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, spacious living room that can accommodate two people and a separate bedroom. In addition, the apartment can accommodate another person for whom a sofa or cot can be provided. B1 has a private porch. Apartment B2 (41m2) is located on the first floor of the house Neria B. It has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, spacious living room that can accommodate two people and a separate bedroom. A baby cot is available on request, subject to availability. B1 and B2 have air conditioning in the living room and a fan on the ceiling, while mosquito nets are on all doors and windows. B2 has a terrace at the front and rear with a beautiful view of the yard and the sea, as well as access to a spacious fenced yard common to both apartments. House B is a two-storey house (86m2) suitable for 10 people. It is a combination of apartments B1 and B2 described in the text above. Children under the age of two sleeping in a crib stay free of charge. We can also provide a baby cot on request and subject to availability. Pets are allowed in our premises. Preliminary agreement and request are necessary. Please note that we only accept one pet at a time, in order to avoid inconvenience among guests. In this regard, the "first call" rule applies and will be arranged at the time of booking. The owners come in once during the stay to clean, and then change the bed linen and towels. The internet is good on the terraces, and inside the apartment is bad, or no signal at all.
