**Theano Apartments** is an accommodation in excellent condition (built in 2010), not far from the sandy beach in Nea Plagia (next to Nea Flogita). There are five comfortable and tidy accommodation units for 4-6 people. Hygiene is at a high level and the owners are very friendly and helpful, so don't be surprised when you open the fridge and find jam, fresh fruit and water. Some of the amenities include a private and partially covered parking space for all guests, a beautiful fenced yard with landscaped lawn, trees and paths, and a barbecue. Small pets are also welcome. The beach is about four minutes away on foot (250 m), while other facilities are at a distance of about 300 m. The nearest shop is 280 m away, the bakery is 200 m away, and the restaurant is 250 m away. The beach is mostly landscaped, and with the purchase of a drink you can use deckchairs and umbrellas for free. The center is 300 m away. The accommodation consists of two buildings and offers two maisonettes and three apartments. The maisonettes are located on the ground floor and on the first floor, while the apartments are on the second floor. **Maisonettes** (80 m²) can accommodate four adults and two children. They consist of two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms (shower with a curtain). One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a double bed and a bunk bed, and both open onto a large terrace. In the living room there is one bunk bed and two sofas that do not extend, so they are not suitable for sleeping. There are two air conditioners on the upper floor. Entry and exit from the maisonette is possible from both levels (ground floor and first floor). **Apartment Theano** (40 m²) can accommodate two adults and three or four small children. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for three people (four small children). This apartment has a huge terrace and is the only one with a shower cabin. **Apartments Martina and Zogia** (67 m²) are duplex apartments located opposite each other. Apartment Zogia has one double bed in each bedroom, while apartment Marina has one double bed and a bunk bed. Both apartments have a couch in the living room. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer and terrace. The kitchens are fully equipped, with a stove, a large refrigerator, a toaster, an electric kettle, a dishwasher (except in the Marina apartment) and a washing machine. On request, a baby cot and feeder can be provided, as well as an iron and an ironing board. Bed linen and towels are changed every 5-6 days, while the hygiene of the units is maintained by the guests themselves. It is located in a quiet part of town and has a landscaped and fenced yard, so it is the right choice for those who want privacy right on the coast.
