Elena's Maisonette is a comfortable villa located in the peaceful surroundings of Nea Plagia in Halkidiki, which offers complete privacy of the entire space on two levels and is 650 m from the sandy beach. This family home features a spacious yard with summer house, private pool and barbecue, which makes it ideal for vacationing guests who want to enjoy the sun, sea and greenery at the same time.
Elena's Maisonette can accommodate a maximum of eight adults. On the ground floor there is one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a toilet, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the bedroom on the ground floor there is one double bed, while in one bedroom on the first floor there is a double bed, and in the other there are four beds for one person.
At Elena's Maisonette, a baby cot is always available upon request to make the trip more comfortable for parents who bring small children with them.
All bedrooms and living room in this accommodation are equipped with table fans. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi internet, TV with satellite channels in the living room and bedroom on the ground floor, a washing machine, as well as a hair dryer. The kitchen is functional and modern, has a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.
From all the rooms of the house and from the spacious balcony there is a view of the yard, the surrounding villages and mountain slopes, while the waves of the Aegean Sea can be seen on the horizon. Breakfast and evening break are more than pleasant in the summer house or on the balcony, surrounded by silence and plenty of shade. Guests also have at their disposal a private barbecue, a set for sitting in the shade of a summer house and a landscaped plateau in front of the villa, without grass, ideal for games and socializing.
Pets are welcome with an extra charge, which must be informed to the owners before arrival at the accommodation. The space is completely safe for all pets thanks to the high fence as well as the quiet street in front of the villa where there is rarely any traffic.
Guests are responsible for keeping the space clean during their stay, while cleaning at the end of their stay is done professionally with a mandatory surcharge. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are also provided.
Private parking is inside the fenced yard, with the possibility of parking an additional vehicle in front of the gate.
