The market and the first taverns are about 300m from the accommodation. The accommodation consists of a bungalow and a house with a high ground floor and first floor. On the upper ground floor there is an apartment (70m2) with three bedrooms and three balconies (one exits from the kitchen, the other two from the two bedrooms). The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed and a single folding sofa. The bathroom is nicely decorated and has a bathtub, and the kitchen is fully equipped. On the first floor is an apartment (30m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. The bathroom is modestly furnished and has a shower with a curtain. The neighboring apartment (40m2) is located on the corner of the house and has a large corner terrace with a view of the courtyard, one French bed in the bedroom and a living room with a kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a single bed and a single folding sofa. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The balconies of these two apartments are separated by large flower pots. In the bungalows there is an apartment (55m2) with two bedrooms. One extra bed can be added to all accommodation units for an additional fee. A cot for children up to 2 years is also available and can also be added to all rooms. Accommodation units have mosquito nets, air conditioning, TV and internet, and you can use a washing machine for an extra charge if you need it. The set of bed linen and towels is changed every 6-7 days, but earlier if you request it. In the yard, swings, deckchairs (not to be taken to the beach) and hammocks are available to guests in the yard, which contribute to a relaxed atmosphere, and while the children are playing, there are two brick grills and a table with chairs. In addition, there is a large enough space for parking in the rear part of the yard. After passing the Barracuda bar from the direction of Neos Marmaras, turn into the first alley on the left and after 200m you will see Sophia House on the right in a spacious yard. On the first floor there is a three-bed studio, a four-bed apartment and a five-bed duplex apartment. The three-bed studio is equipped with one French bed and a sofa for one person. The four-bed apartment is intended for a family with two children. In one room there is a kitchen and a double bed, and in the other bunk beds for children. The first market is located right next to the accommodation. It consists of two buildings, A and B. There are eight accommodation units in building A. The great advantage of the accommodation is that it is located next to the sea and has a yard, so it is a good choice for families who want accommodation close to the beach, at reasonable prices.

The accommodation has a really excellent price-quality ratio. It is recommended for families with children because of the proximity to the beach, but also for all those who want quality accommodation close to all amenities. The accommodation is only 30m from the beach, and the same distance from the market and taverns. It has a total of six studios (30m2) distributed on the high ground floor and the first floor. On the upper ground floor there are studios no. 5 and 6, which have a partial side view of the sea, while upstairs there are studios no. 1 and 2 with a direct view of the sea, as well as studios no. 3 and 4 with a side view of the sea. Studios have one double bed and bunk beds or a single bed and a sofa bed for two smaller children. All accommodation units have a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a small oven and a refrigerator with a freezer section, air conditioning, very good WiFi internet and mosquito nets. Each studio has a terrace with a table and chairs for sitting, an awning and a line for drying clothes. The bathroom has a small shower tub, without a curtain. Private parking is provided in the yard for all guests. The yard is not fully landscaped and fenced. There are umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach which are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are changed every four nights. You will reach the accommodation by driving along the main street in Toroni, next to the sea. One four-bed and five-bed apartment are located on the first floor, while the other two are located on the second floor. Four-bed apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and one more double bed (apartment on the second floor), or two joined single beds (apartment on the first floor) in the room with the kitchen.
