Villa Fun&Sun is a brand new, modern and luxurious facility located at the entrance to Limenaria. If you want a complete atmosphere on your vacation, this villa is an excellent choice. It has a quiet location, excellently equipped units and provides absolute comfort. The villa is 100m from the landscaped part of the beach in Limenaria, 200m from the supermarket and 1km from the center of Limenaria. The apartment has an area of ​​65m2, and has two terraces and a yard with seating in front of the villa. The studio has an area of ​​30m2. The apartment can host up to six people. It has a total of two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and the other two single beds. In the living room there is a folding sofa for two people. The kitchen is located in the living room, it is fully equipped and, in addition to dishes and cooking utensils, there is also a coffee machine, toaster and stove with a ceramic plate. The studio can host up to three people. It has one double bed and one single bed. The studio has a private luxury jacuzzi and only has a safe in it.   The house is equipped with TV with satellite channels, air conditioning and wireless internet signal. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every three days. Private parking is provided. The facility is new and has been operating since 2014. It is located in the same alley as the Hotel Antonios, on the right side of the highway, closer to the sea, at the very entrance to Limenaria, seen from the direction of Skala Prinos. Opis smeštaja Vaso Studios se nalazi na korak do plaže u Limenariji , u drugom redu do mora. Lokacija je odlična jer je u mirnom delu Limenarije a na nekoliko minuta hoda od svih sadržaja. Smeštaj je skromniji, klasičan apartmanski ali povoljan. Vlasnica priča srpski jezik jer je studirala u Srbiji. Smeštaj je od početka šetališta, restorana, prodavnica i taverni udaljen oko 200m, a najstroži centar grada je na oko 400m. Plaža je na 50 metara od smeštaja. Deo ispred vile je peščan na obali, a u vodi ima i peščanih i kamenitih delova. U blizini su uređeni delovi plaže sa sportovima na vodi i ležaljkama koje se dobijaju uz piće. Plaža je duga oko 2km i odlično je uređena ispred pojedinih hotela, pa svako može da nađe odgovarajući deo za sebe. Studios Vaso u ponudi ima dva dvokrevetna studija i jedan dvokrevetni apartman. Sve jedinice imaju po dva singl ležaja. Studiji i apartman se nalaze na prvom spratu, jedan studio je okrenut ka ulici, kao i apartman, dok je drugi studio sa strane mora, ali im direktan pogled dosta zaklanja hotel koji se nalazi ispred ovog objekta i koji je nedavno izgrađen (ne vidi se na slikama). Nameštaj je klasičan drveni, studiji imaju čajnu kuhinju (u dva studija je odvojena od spavaćeg dela), kupatilo, klima uređaj, bežični internet, TV i zajednički balkon. Ne postoji mogućnost unošenja pomoćnog ležaja, ali mala deca mogu da spavaju sa roditeljima u krevetu. Studiji imaju površinu od 14m2, 16m2 i 22m2, a samo u dva veća može da se ubaci i krevetac. Čišćenje, zamena peškira i posteljine su obezbeđeni. Ne postoji klasično dvorište već samo mala bašta ispred smeštaja. Mesto za parkiranje možete naći na ulici ispred Vaso Studios. Dolazeći iz pravca Prinosa, na samom ulazu u Limenariju, odmah posle rent-a-bike Zagos, skrenite u prvu ulicu desno (pre mostića), pa u prvu sledeću levo. Opis smeštaja Smaragda Villa se nalazi u centru Limenarije, blizu plaže i svih sadržaja ali izvan gužve. Smeštaj je pristojan i preporučujemo ga svima kojima je blizina plaže i centra presudna. Dobar je izbor za porodice sa decom ali i za dva para jer ima dve odvojene spavaće sobe. Gradska plaža u Limenariji se nalazi na 40m od vile i ima kafiće sa suncobranima i ležaljkama koji se mogu dobiti uz kupljeno piće ili kafu. Na nekoliko koraka od kuće počinje šetalište na kome je veliki broj restorana, taverni, picerija i prodavnica. U pitanju je stariji objekat izgrađen 80-ih godina ali vlasnica svake godine ulaže u njega. Za internet rezervacije dostupna su dva identična dupleks apartmana. Jedan je u visokom prizemlju a drugi na prvom spratu. Apartmani imaju bočni pogled na more sa terasa. U jednoj spavaćoj sobi se nalazi francuski krevet, a u drugoj tri singl kreveta. Ne postoji mogućnost dodavanja pomoćnog ležaja. Trpezarija i opremljena kuhinja su odvojene od spavaćeg dela. Apartmani imaju i svoja kupatila sa tuš kadicom i površinu između 60-65m2. Apartmani su opremljeni klima uređajem, televizorom, komarnicima i pristupom internetu (ruter je postavljen u prodavnici pored koja takođe pripada istim vlasnicima i signal postoji i u apartmanima). Vlasnica je starija gospođa i nije u mogućnosti da obavlja poslove čišćenja ali vam daje čiste peškire i posteljinu koje menjate sami. Vila nema privatni parking, ali s obzirom na to da nije u strogom centru grada, u neposrednoj okolini vile postoji slobodan prostor za besplatno parkiranje na ulici. Kada dolazite iz pravca Prinosa, za vilu skrećete desno na raskrsnici odmah posle hotela Triada. Nalazi se preko puta male crkve a odmah pored je supermarket pa ćete lako prepoznati. Opis smeštaja Grand Villas je kvalitetan smeštaj u Limenariji, sa malim dvorištem i bazenom. Prilično je izolovan i van centra, pa je lokacija baš mirna. Plaža je udaljena od oko 500m, dok se najbliža prodavnica i centar Limenarije nalaze na 300-400m. U ponudi je osam četvorokrevetnih apartmana (30-40m2) sa jednim francuskim ležajem u spavaćoj sobi, odnosno dva singl ležaja u dnevnoj sobi i pet dvokrevetnih studija (18m2) sa jednim francuskim ležajem. Svi tipovi smeštajnih jedinica imaju opremljenu kuhinju, s tim apartmani imaju mini-šporet sa rernon. U sve jedinice može da se ubaci pomoćni ležaj. Smeštajne jedinice su klimatizovane, imaju TV sa satelitskim kanalima, mreže za komarce, fen za kosu, sef, peglu, besplatan WiFi i kablovski internet. Neke smeštajne jedinice imaju veće terase od drugih. Čišćenje se obavlja svakodnevno, a posteljina i peškiri se menjaju na 3-4 dana. Dvorište je malo i u sklopu njega su mali bazen i zidani roštlij. Opis smeštaja Thalassies Studios je povoljan i skroman smeštaj u Limenariji. Osim Thalassies Studios, vlasnici upravljaju hotelima Thalassies i Thalassies Nouveau, čiji bazen mogu da koriste i gosti studija, a takođe, u hotelu mogu da uplate doručak ili polupansion. Smeštaj je od gradske plaže udaljen 50m, a od najbliže prodavnice 100m. Smeštaj je izgrađen 1996. godine, a renoviran je 2004. Za internet rezervacije dostupna su samo dva dvokrevetna studija, sa jednim francuskim (10m2) i sa dva singl kreveta (12-13m2). It is suitable for families with children as it is near all amenities. Small city beach is 150m away. The nearest supermarket is 100m away, and there are the first tavernas and cafes. The accommodation is renovated in 2016. and it offers two apartments for four persons. Both apartments (30m2) are on the ground floor with access from the street and have views to the neighboring buildings. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen. Both rooms are air-conditioned. Apartments have TV, safe, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and hairdryer. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and linen are done every four days. You can find a parking space in the nearby streets. Coming from the direction of Prinos, you should turn right 130m after the main intersection in Limenaria. Drive straight for another 60m and turn right again, after which you will see this accommodation on the left side (50m after the last turn). This accommodation is a good choice for all those who are looking for the apartment in the center of the town, close to all the shops and restaurants.

The owner speaks Serbian, which further facilitates communication and is always available to guests. The city beach and supermarket are only a few minutes away from the villa. The villa is 150m from the beach and the nearest shop, and 800m from the center of Limenaria. The building was built in 2015. There are two apartments, Ammos (42m2) and Thalassa (45m2), two studios Votsalo (34m2) and Kyma (32m2). The studios have a side view, and the apartments have a direct view of the sea. The studios have one double bed and a sofa for one person, while the apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The villa is about 300m from the center and the nearest shops are located there. It is about 800m to the beach. Villa Despina offers seven studios (five double and two triple). Double rooms have two single beds and a view of the street, while triple rooms have three single beds or one double bed and one single bed and are located on the other side of the house and overlook the courtyard. All accommodation units are on the first floor. In three two-bed and two three-bed studios, one extra bed can be inserted if necessary. All studios have air conditioning, kitchen, TV and wireless internet signal. The facility was built in 1990 and renovated in 2008. The studios are well maintained. The furniture is modest, wooden. One of them has a view of the sea, is located on the first floor, on the corner of the building and has a circular terrace. The remaining two rooms have a view of the pool - one is on the upper ground floor and the other is on the ground floor. In the older building, located in a separate part of the courtyard with a separate gate, there are a total of six studios. Each studio, with an area of ​​35-40m², is equipped with one queen-size French bed, a couch for one person, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a fourth person. Only these units have a fully equipped kitchen. Three studios with a view of the sea are located on the first floor, while the remaining three, with a view of the courtyard, are located on the ground floor. For the 2025 season, a new building was built next to the main building, which includes three rooms and one maisonette. On the first floor there is a maisonette and one three-bed room, while on the ground floor there are a two-bed room and another three-bed room. The maisonette (40m²) on the lower level has a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom, while on the upper level (which is not separated by a door) there is a double bed and a toilet. This unit has two balconies with mountain views. Triple rooms (20m²) are equipped with a double bed and a couch for one person, while the double room has a double bed. All rooms have mountain views. The units are air-conditioned and have TV, internet, hairdryer, safe, mosquito nets, fridge, kettle and toaster. Only the studios have a kitchen with a stove. The terraces are small and separate. Meals are prepared and served in the restaurant of the Molos Hotel, which is owned by the same company and is located near La Feyra accommodation. In the beautiful, fenced yard, there are sofas, a swimming pool with a separate area for children and associated sunbeds, as well as a summer house with an outdoor area for sitting in the shade. Private parking is available to guests of the accommodation. Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every two days, and bed linen every three.
