There are two verandas on the ground floor, in front and behind the entrance. The maisonettes were built in 2009 and are equipped with new and high-quality furniture. They have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, hair dryer and iron, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric jug and refrigerator. Cleaning is done daily, and sheets and towels are changed every three days. In the part of the yard with a grassy surface, there is a brick grill, seating, several toys for children and all in the shade. There is also a private parking lot within the courtyard with several parking spaces, and there are also parking spaces around the accommodation. The easiest way to get to this accommodation is if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, when entering the village of Panagia, turn left towards Golden Beach (Skala Panagia). Just drive straight until you reach the place itself, until you see the Ana market on the left, on the corner. Turn left at the Ana market and continue straight to the top of the hill where you will see Athina Maisonettes. If you want quality and comfortable accommodation in a quiet place, close to the beach and the center, with a beautiful view of the sea, Athina Maisonettes can be an excellent choice.

Ladikas Apartments is a relatively new accommodation located 250m from the beach. The guests have a brick barbecue and a playground for the youngest visitors in the yard, and there is also a private parking lot within the accommodation. We offer nine apartments and one studio in Golden Beach, about 250m from the beach. The apartments are spacious, equipped with quality wooden furniture and can host up to five people. All have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the living room, and there is also a sofa bed for the fifth person. The studio and two apartments are located on the ground floor, while the other apartments are arranged on the first and second floors, seen from the back of the yard, since it is a cascade construction. The studio consists of one French bed and a sofa bed for two people. All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV and WiFi internet. The area of ​​most apartments is about 45m2, and there are also three smaller apartments with a square footage of about 35m2. The area of ​​the studio is 30m2. Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every other day. The yard is paved, has a playground for children and is nicely decorated and maintained. Private parking is provided for guests and is located right in front of the accommodation, at the very entrance to the complex. There are no places in the private parking lot for all guests, but you can leave your vehicle next to the accommodation, there is enough space. To get to this accommodation, if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, it is best to turn left at the entrance to the village of Panagia towards Golden Beach. Continue straight and after about 3.5 km you will see Ladikas Apartments on your right. The nearest store is about 350m away. Finikas Apartments is a newer facility located in Golden Beach. It is a very modern and high-quality accommodation, ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy the sea view. It is a little more than 200m away from the beach and is located near one of the most beautiful parts of Golden Beach Bay. The building has a total of 7 accommodation units, namely three maisonettes, three apartments and one studio. Maisonettes (45m2) are apartments on two levels. The first level has a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, electric jug), a dining table and a living room with a three-seater sofa, which is intended for sleeping because it can be folded out into a bed for two. On the second level there is a gallery with a king size bed. All three maisonettes have two large, furnished balconies and a fantastic view of the sea. They are ideal for families with two children. The studio has one king size bed and one single bed. The equipment is the same as in the maisonette, the only difference is that the studio does not have a stove with an oven. The surface of the studio is 26 square meters and is located on the high ground floor. The studio has a beautiful, partial view of the sea and complete privacy because it does not touch the other terraces. In the afternoon, there is shade on the terrace because the studio faces east and has a large awning. In front of the studio there is a lawn, that is, a yard that belongs only to this studio. Four-bed apartment, Superior (43m2) has two French beds. Both beds have anatomical mattresses. It has an awning and shade, a private yard and a partial sea view. It is very suitable for families. There are also two new four-bed Comfort apartments (40m2) that welcomed the first tourists in the 2018 season. To get to this accommodation unit, you have to go up the stairs and then go down when entering the apartment. The apartments are located a few steps below the level of the courtyard, but the entire building is at a height. They consist of a separate bedroom with a French bed that has an anatomical mattress and a living room that has a couch where two adults can sleep. The living room has access to the veranda overlooking the sea, while the balcony from the bedroom overlooks the courtyard. It should be noted that only one of the apartments has a private veranda with a sea view. The second apartment also has a veranda with a view of the sea, but it is not private, that is, it is not connected directly to the apartment, but a path is crossed, but only the guests of that apartment use it. The bathrooms have shower cabins, the windows and doors have mosquito nets, and a wireless Internet signal is provided in all rooms, a safe, a hair dryer, air conditioning, and a TV with satellite channels. It is allowed to prepare light meals, while smoking in the accommodation is prohibited. Guests can also use the swimming pool that belongs to another accommodation, which is located right next to it, and which is owned by the same owners, so guests of this accommodation can also use it, with consumption. The pool is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., except from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., when it is a time of peace and quiet. Bed linen and towels are changed every third day and cleaning is done daily. There is a parking space in front of the apartment for all guests. Theros Villa is a newly built and quality accommodation near the beach with modernly decorated and spacious air-conditioned accommodation units. Private parking, a swimming pool with sunbeds intended for guests, as well as a bar where you can order a refreshing drink are available to guests. It is located between Skala Potamije and Golden Beach, 200m from the beach. Theros Villas and Suites is a new accommodation that started operating in 2017. It consists of two buildings in which there are nine accommodation units, four suites (executive suites), four maisonettes, i.e. units on two levels (deluxe suite and deluxe king suite) and one studio (junior suite). Executive Suite apartments are about 38m2, but it should be noted that the bathroom in one of them is smaller. They consist of one French bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two adults as the sofa bed can be moved to make two single beds. Deluxe Suite apartments are accommodation units on two levels, so-called maisonettes, and their square footage is about 50m2. On the lower level there is a sofa bed, while on the first floor, in the bedroom, which is separated by a door, there is a double bed. It is possible to add an extra bed, so the maisonette can accommodate five people. The bedrooms in some of the maisonettes are designed in such a way that they are on the gallery, that is, from the bedroom you can also see the lower level, and the owners told us that this is mainly because the parents from the gallery could have a look at the children sleeping on the ground floor. The maisonette Deluxe King Suite is the largest accommodation unit in this accommodation (65m2) with a capacity of six people. There is a French bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second, and another sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has an oven as well as a medium-sized refrigerator. The Junior Suite studio (38m2) is located on the ground floor, and includes one French bed and a sofa bed, all in one room. Each accommodation unit has a kitchen designed for preparing light meals, and frying is prohibited. The rooms have air conditioning and a TV, coffee maker and hair dryer. Matsani Studios is located on Golden Beach, 50m from the beach and next to the Anna market. It has three studios that can accommodate up to four people. Each accommodation unit has the same arrangement of beds - one French and one single bed, under which another single bed can be pulled out according to the drawer principle. Two studios are located on the first floor and have two balconies, one from the front of the building and the other from the back. Although it is very close to the beach, the sea view is partial due to the large tree in the yard and the house in front of this accommodation. The studio located on the ground floor is the largest of all accommodation units in terms of square footage. However, it does not have a balcony, but a veranda with a table and chairs for sitting in front of the studio itself. All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, TV, internet access and air conditioning. The owners pay particular attention to the hygiene of the accommodation units. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days and the studios are cleaned. The yard is covered with concrete, except for a small part near the entrance to the accommodation. This facility does not have a private parking lot, but you can leave your vehicle in one of the public parking lots nearby. The easiest way to get to this accommodation is to turn left towards Golden Beach when entering the village of Panagia from the direction of Limenas. Drive straight until you enter the town itself and until you see the Ana market on the left. Matsani studios is located right next to the market. Thetis Maisonette & Studio is a modern and newly built accommodation located on Golden Beach, in the first row to the sea, practically on the beach. The location of the accommodation is truly phenomenal because it is located on a part of the beach that is sandy and there are many taverns, cafes, several mini markets and souvenir shops in the area. This facility has three accommodation units - two studios and a maisonette. One studio on the ground floor consists of one French bed and one single bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things needed for a pleasant stay, and the terrace is spacious enough and has a view of the sea. The second studio is located in the basement. It has one double bed, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, bathroom. If necessary, one extra bed and a baby cot can be added, so it can accommodate up to four people, with a slightly narrower space. The maisonette, located on the first floor, consists of one sofa bed on the ground floor, which is suitable for two children, and a French bed on the gallery. It should be noted that the gallery is not separated by a door. The balcony is accessed from the living room, it is spacious and has a view of the sea. On the other side of the entrance, towards the sea, there is a small yard/lawn. It is furnished in a very modern way, and the furniture and things inside the accommodation units are brand new. Golden Beachside Terrace is located right across from the Beba restaurant and above the rent a car agency. The beach is 30 meters away, and the bakery and the first supermarket are 5 minutes' walk from the building itself. It is a newly built accommodation that offers two studios (30m2) on the first floor, which can accommodate a maximum of three people, i.e. two adults and one child in one, given that the single bed in one of the studios is a little smaller, while the other studio can accommodate three adults. Both studios consist of one French bed and one single bed, equipped kitchen where, however, frying is prohibited. In addition to the above, the guests have at their disposal a TV and air conditioning, a safe, a hair dryer, a toaster, an iron, etc. The facility also has mosquito nets and a cot for babies, but this should be noted before booking.
