Matafia's House is located in the village of Kalamitsi, on the island of Lefkada, in a quiet, green environment, and at the same time close to taverns, cafes and mini-markets in the village, at a distance of 200 and 300 meters.
It is a magnificent stone villa built in the middle of the 20th century, recently renovated using the highest quality materials, with great attention to detail. It consists of one apartment and one maisonette that can be rented separately or together (for a maximum of 11 people).
The apartment is located on the first floor, with a beautiful, private veranda and can accommodate from two to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa that can be converted into two bunk beds, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The maisonette is spread over two levels and can accommodate from five to eight people (two families, three couples or a group of friends). On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom. Of course, there are also two Smart TVs, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
From the upper floor of the maisonette, as well as from the apartment, you can enjoy a stunning view of the village and the endless blue of the Ionian Sea. A barbecue is available in the yard. Also, your children can enjoy using our private playground. Parking for your car is provided 150 meters from the villa.
Kalamitsi is a picturesque village with taverns, cafes and mini-markets, and is located near the best beaches of Lefkada (seven minutes drive to Katizma beach, 10 minutes from Kavalikefta, Megali Petra and Avali beaches, and about 25 minutes from Porto Katsiki).
