It is 200m from the beach, as well as from the first tavern and market. It is reached by a street that is partially unpaved and is located in a quiet environment, but close to all amenities. The hotel has 11 double rooms (20m2) and 13 four-bed rooms (28m2). Two rooms on the ground floor are suitable for people with special needs. The double rooms are located on the ground floor and have double beds, while the four-bed rooms are located on the first floor and on the gallery have two single beds, while some of them also have two single beds or a double bed on the lower level. Rooms have TV, air conditioning, internet, terraces with table and chairs for enjoyment, mini-bar fridge, modern bathroom, without cabin or curtain, hair dryer and safe. If necessary, the owners can provide a cot. There is also the possibility of using a washing machine for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while the accommodation units are cleaned daily. There is no private parking, but there are enough places in the area for parking. Iako se nalazi nedaleko od magistrale, buka automobila se praktično ne čuje. Dvorište je jako prostrano i lepo ukrašeno sitnim detaljima koji doprinose čarobnoj atmosferi. Do plaže i ostalih sadržaja (restorana, marketa i barova) ima oko 500m. Nine Muses (Devet muza), ima deset apartmana (34m2), šest četvorokrevetnih i četiri trokrevetna. Svi su osmišljeni tako da u donjem nivou imaju jedan ili dva singl kreveta, dok je na gornjem nivou (galeriji) jedan francuski ležaj. Svi apartmani imaju kupatilo, kuhinju sa mini-rernom i ringlama, internet, klima uređaj, TV, komarnike i obezbeđeno mesto za parking. Ukoliko je potrebno, ljubazna vlasnica vam može dati fen za kosu. Posteljina i peškiri se menjaju na tri dana. Dvorište je ispunjeno visokim palmama i drvećem u kombinaciji sa ležaljkama, visećim mrežama za opuštanje i natkrivenim stolovima i stolicama. If you want decent accommodation, close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Vagelis Studios is the right choice for you. Tucked away in natural greenery, vines and flowers, this accommodation is a true oasis of peace and can be an excellent choice for both couples and families with children. The accommodation is about 200m from the beach, the main promenade, taverns and markets. Vagelis Studios consists of four buildings, one with two three-bed studios (23m2), two buildings with three four-bed studios each (26m2, 25m2), and another with three two-bedroom apartments (52m2). Each studio has one double bed and additionally either a sofa for one person or bunk beds, depending on the capacity of the studio. The studios in the first building share the space in front, but a table with chairs is provided for each. Three studios in the second building have partitioned terraces, with a gate in between, so two families who know each other can join the terraces (4m2 each). The third building has three four-bed studios. These studios have two entrances, so they are very well lit. At the front and back entrances, they have verandas with sofas (each studio has its own sofa), but we would like to note that the verandas are not partitioned. Bathrooms in studios have wooden sliding doors. The fourth building has three six-bed apartments. All apartments have two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two single beds, while in the living room there is a folding sofa that can be converted into a double bed. They have large balconies in the shade, ideal for family meals. Although the apartment has five beds, we would like to note that if the children are big or all the people are adults, it is not completely comfortable. The apartment is suitable for families with small children. All accommodation units have a flat screen TV, air conditioning, WiFi, mosquito nets and satellite television. The kitchens in both apartments and studios are equipped with the necessary dishes. In addition to cooking utensils, they also have a toaster, a coffee maker, a stove with two or three burners and a small oven or a stove with two burners, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment in some accommodation units, while in some accommodation units there is a large refrigerator with a freezer. Each accommodation unit has a line for drying clothes. We would like to mention that the bathrooms have sliding doors and a shower tub behind the curtain. The courtyard of the villa is full of flowers and greenery with plenty of natural shade, a playground for children, a large brick barbecue, a dining table and deckchairs that cannot be taken to the beach, but can only be used in the yard. All accommodation units overlook the courtyard and vineyards and have direct access to the courtyard. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three nights. Private parking is opposite the accommodation and there is room for all cars. Coming from the direction of Toroni, as soon as you turn off the main road in Kalamica, you will come across Vagelis Studios on the right. Vagelis Studios is a good choice for families with children who want to enjoy a quiet location, not far from the beach.

Smeštaj je od plaže, taverni i marketa udaljen svega 150m. U ponudi je devet smeštajnih jedinica, od kojih je jedan apartman, šest trokrevetnih studija i dva četvorokrevetna studija. Dva četvorokrevetna studija (25m2) se nalaze na prvom spratu i imaju jedan francuski ležaj i krevete na sprat. Trokrevetni studiji (20m2) imaju jedan francuski i jedan singl ležaj. Maro House is located on the beach in Kalamitsi and, in our opinion, is one of the best choices in this place. The apartments have a fantastic view of the sea, the beach is sandy, with beautiful fine sand and extremely clean sea. It offers its guests a pleasant vacation with an excellent price-quality ratio. The accommodation is extremely clean, and the owner is very friendly. There is a tavern within the house, and other amenities are in the immediate vicinity. The first small market is about 50 meters from the accommodation. Maro House is a new villa and consists of two buildings with eight accommodation units. The first building is in the first row to the sea, with a tavern on the ground floor and four apartments (28m2) on the first floor. All have terraces separated by a screen and a view of the sea. One apartment is a three-bed apartment, with one French and one single bed in the bedroom and a separate kitchen. The other three apartments are four-bedded, have one double bed in the bedroom (with the possibility of adding one extra bed) and bunk beds in the room with the kitchen. The second object is located directly behind the first. It has three-bed studios (20m2) with one French and one single bed. Studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, kitchen, fridge, stove and bathroom with shower, but no curtain. Accommodation units (except for the kitchen, which guests maintain themselves) are cleaned every 3-4 days, and at the same time bed linen and towels are changed. Private parking for seven cars is provided. The owners are in negotiations to rent another parking lot, but there are enough parking spaces in the vicinity of the accommodation. The yard is small, concreted, grassy in smaller parts. Turn off the main road at the first sign for Kalamici and go down to the street next to the beach. After passing the Didakis accommodation, drive another 200m until you reach the Zorbas Tavern, which is part of the Maro House. The great advantage of this accommodation is the high level of hygiene, extremely helpful and friendly owners, as well as the perfect location on the beach and near one of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki. Balconies are very comfortable, so you can enjoy them with your family.

If you are looking for a decent accommodation a few steps from the beautiful beach in Kalamitsi and all the facilities that this place has to offer, Ammos Kalamitsi Bungalows is an excellent choice for you. The accommodation is located about 30m from the beach and about 50m from the nearest market. In one part of the courtyard there is a family restaurant, and on the left side there are a total of eight bungalows in a ground-floor building (35m2). Standard bungalows in the room with the kitchen have a corner sofa for two people, and on the left side in the room that is separated by a wall with an opening (see photos) they have a double bed. Each bungalow has a bathroom without a shower enclosure and curtains, a kitchen with basic dishes, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a two-burner stove, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, internet and a hair dryer. Upon request, you can get a cot if necessary. Each accommodation unit has a table and chairs with a parasol in front of the accommodation unit. The terraces are separated by a wooden fence. Towels are changed and cleaned every two days, while bed linen is changed every four days. We also offer one completely renovated studio (superior) on the ground floor with one double and two single beds, air conditioning and two TV sets, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a glass shower cabin. Private parking is provided for all guests. The yard is small and grassy, ​​but there is enough space for children to play safely. You will reach the accommodation by driving along the street by the sea in Kalamitsi. When you pass the Zorbas tavern, after about 50 meters, you will see the Ammos tavern, while the bungalows are located behind.
