Built close to the beautiful beach in Kalamitsi, this accommodation is an excellent choice for families with children, because everything is within reach, and the friendly owners will make your stay even more pleasant.
It is located in a quiet street, so you will feel like you are in an oasis of peace. It is only 160m away from the beach, market, taverns and cafes.
Within Meltemi House there is another accommodation, Aggeliki House. It is one building, but two owners who shared the accommodation units.
Of the six four-bed studios (24m2 + balcony 7m2), one is located on the ground floor and has a double bed and bunk beds. Three are located on the first floor (one with bunk beds and two with two single beds), while two are located on the second floor, one with bunk beds and the other with two single beds. Five three-bed studios (21m2 + balcony 7m2) each have a double bed and a single bed. One is located on the ground floor, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. One double studio (18m2 + 5m2 balcony) is located on the ground floor and has one double bed.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, WiFi internet, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, mosquito nets on the balcony doors, a wire for drying clothes and a terrace with a table, chairs and a view of the front yard and the street. The bathroom has an enclosed shower area without a curtain. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every three days.
A yard with a beautiful lawn is located behind the house, as well as a covered area with benches and tables for socializing. There are two outdoor showers at the front, and a private parking lot with enough space is on the leased area next to the accommodation.
Drive along the main street next to the beach towards the Dimitris Tavern, before the Tavern turn left into the half-paved street and 120m later you will see Meltemi House on the left.
