Zeta's Summer House is located in Kalamitsi, a quiet place in the south of Sithonia, at a distance of 220 m from the sandy beach of the same name, which is considered among the most beautiful on the entire peninsula. Along the beach, less than a two-minute walk from the accommodation, there are taverns, bars and shops, while the nearest market is 100 m away and is located within the Tsitreli camp.
It is a maisonette on two levels with three bedrooms, designed for up to seven people. The lower level, located in the basement, includes two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with one double bed and one single bed. The entrance to the accommodation is on the upper level, at the height of the first floor, where there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a third bedroom with a double bed. The guests have at their disposal two balconies, on the front and back sides, equipped with seating furniture.
This air-conditioned apartment has free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with four rings and a large oven, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer. Toys, a crib and a high chair are provided for children. Pets are allowed in this facility.
Change of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning of the unit, are performed once during the stay at the guests' request. Additional cleaning is available at an additional cost. In the fenced common yard, which is shared by several apartments, guests have access to natural shade, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. Parking for vehicles is provided behind the building itself.
Zeta's Summer House is a good choice for large families looking for fully equipped self-catering accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the beach and all tourist facilities. We try to make the description as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that it is error-free.
