Our description The Toroneon Hotel is located in Kaliteri, just after the central crossroads (seen from the direction of Thessaloniki), on the main road, on the right. It is about 200m away from the beach and it leads you downhill (uphill in return :)) as well as to most of the accommodation in Kallithea. The accommodation has 23 studios, 8 of which have sea views. As soon as you step into the accommodation, you come across a very pleasant ambience in the lobby and friendly owners. The accommodation is very neat and clean. Of the studios, there are double and triple and only two quadruple, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the other with a double and two singles. The double beds have a double bed, and the triple bed has a double bed and a single bed. There is no possibility of inserting extra beds. Internet signal is available in the rooms, according to the owner. All studios have terraces, somewhat narrower or wider, with or without sea view, air conditioning and safe, TV, mosquito nets. The terraces are more spacious on the first floor than on the second, and the hairdryer is available for use upon arrival. The hotel has a high ground floor which the owners mark as the first floor, because it is quite high and the second floor and is located in the center. It is about a hundred meters away from the supermarket and bakery. Towels and linen are cleaned and changed every 5 days. If you want decent (not luxurious) accommodation, in a good location, close to the beautiful beach in Kallithea, Toroneon can be a great choice. Our description Rappos Studios is simply arranged, tidy and clean accommodation, not far from the center of Kallithea. It consists of a total of 10 comfortable studios, capacity for 2-4 people. It is located in a quiet location, but a short walk separates you from all the facilities of this charming resort. Accommodation is located about 200m from the beach, uphill and downhill. The nearest market and bakery are at a distance of about 100m. We offer five double, four triple and one quadruple studio. The foundation of the house is a few steps below ground level, so that part of the accommodation may be considered a basement. Four-bed studio (about 40m2) is located on the ground floor (basement); it has four single beds and a large kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils, a refrigerator and a two-burner stove. Above the sink is a large window overlooking the concrete fence of the backyard. In front there is a brick porch without a fence, with seating. Double and triple studios (24-26m2) are located on the first and second floor. In the double studios there is either one double or two single beds, while in the triple one there is one double and one single bed. The kitchens in these units are also equipped with the necessary utensils, stove and refrigerator, and the triple studios have two terraces. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet access and a TV, and a hairdryer is available at the reception from the landlady. A safety deposit box in each studio is located in the closet. The bathrooms have small bathtubs with curtains. Towels and linen are changed, as well as cleaning is done every three days. Private parking does not exist, so guests park along the sidewalk in front of the house. Builted near the traditional village of Exampela. Its location allows a unique view to the Aegean Sea. The main house is 150 m2 and the auxiliary house is 20 m2. It is consisted of a big living room traditional kitchen, fully equipped, three (3) bedrooms, one large bedroom with double bed, two children’s room up to two or three children. Two beautiful bathrooms, spacious surrounding area. It is a extremely large yard and very sunny, builded on a plot of 2.5 acres!! In the surroundings, there is a small traditional auxiliary Villa, independent, ideal for a family with children, very comfortable (50m2) near the main Villa that can be used as hostel. There is a large bedroom and living room, a small kitchenette and a big bathroom. In the surroundings there is a lovely yard with living room, separate from the main Villa.
