Double rooms have two single beds and a view of the street, while triple rooms have three single beds or one double bed and one single bed and are located on the other side of the house and overlook the courtyard. All accommodation units are on the first floor. In three two-bed and two three-bed studios, one extra bed can be inserted if necessary. All studios have air conditioning, kitchen, TV and wireless internet signal. The facility was built in 1990 and renovated in 2008. The studios are well maintained. The furniture is modest, wooden. The facility was built in 2015 and has a total of 18 units distributed in three separate buildings. In the main building, where the reception is located, there are eight rooms of about 20m² for two or three people. There are four triple rooms in total - three are located on the first floor and offer sea views, while one is located on the upper ground floor and overlooks the pool. All triple rooms are equipped with a French bed and a couch for one person. There are also four double rooms, each with a double bed. One of them has a view of the sea, is located on the first floor, on the corner of the building and has a circular terrace. The second room with a view of the mountain is located on the first floor, above the reception, and it also has a side view of the sea. The remaining two rooms have a view of the pool - one is on the upper ground floor and the other is on the ground floor. In the older building, located in a separate part of the courtyard with a separate gate, there are a total of six studios. Each studio, with an area of ​​35-40m², is equipped with one queen-size French bed, a couch for one person, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a fourth person. Only these units have a fully equipped kitchen. Three studios with a view of the sea are located on the first floor, while the remaining three, with a view of the courtyard, are located on the ground floor. For the 2025 season, a new building was built next to the main building, which includes three rooms and one maisonette. On the first floor there is a maisonette and one three-bed room, while on the ground floor there are a two-bed room and another three-bed room. The maisonette (40m²) on the lower level has a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom, while on the upper level (which is not separated by a door) there is a double bed and a toilet. This unit has two balconies with mountain views. Triple rooms (20m²) are equipped with a double bed and a couch for one person, while the double room has a double bed. All rooms have mountain views. The units are air-conditioned and have TV, internet, hairdryer, safe, mosquito nets, fridge, kettle and toaster. Only the studios have a kitchen with a stove. The terraces are small and separate. Meals are prepared and served in the restaurant of the Molos Hotel, which is owned by the same company and is located near La Feyra accommodation. In the beautiful, fenced yard, there are sofas, a swimming pool with a separate area for children and associated sunbeds, as well as a summer house with an outdoor area for sitting in the shade. Private parking is available to guests of the accommodation. Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every two days, and bed linen every three. After passing the Zagos car rental, turn right and after 40m you will see La Feyra Luxury Rooms on the right side of the road. The family apartment is located in Limenaria near the beach. It is a nice duplex apartment that is very spacious and almost renovated. The owners are very friendly and speak Serbian. We are happy to recommend it to families with children. The apartment is located about 150m from the beach, in the heart of Limenaria. The apartment is a duplex on the ground floor and is suitable for a maximum of eight people (seven adults and one child). It is located within the house where the owners live, so you can be sure that your vacation will pass in the best way, because the owners are wonderful, and the fact that the owner is from Serbia can give you security. It has been renovated for the 2016 season. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The apartment has an area of ​​70m2. It consists of a spacious living room, a dining room with a large kitchen and a dining table. The kitchen contains refrigerator with freezer and stove with flat plate and oven. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One has a double bed (dimensions 160x200), and the other has two separate single beds (dimensions 90x200) that can be joined if necessary. In the living room there are two sofas that can be stretched out if necessary. Also, the apartment contains Total TV with 300 channels, including national channels from Serbia. The bathroom is located within the apartment. It is equipped with air conditioning, television, internet access and mosquito nets. Change of towels, bed linen and cleaning of the apartment is done halfway through the stay, and more often if necessary. The quiet courtyard, which is used only by the guests of the apartment, is accessed from the bedroom, and there is also another terrace when exiting the kitchen. Guests can always find a parking space in front of the house because the road is not busy. When coming from the direction of Limenas, before the Triade Hotel, you will see a street that goes diagonally to the left immediately after the bridge. The approach is steep, but only a few meters. When you turn there, the road leads you further to a spacious place where you can park your vehicle, if you come with your own transport, and this beautiful apartment is right there. This apartment has been rented out since the summer of 2016, so everything is new, and the proximity to the beach and the equipment of this apartment, along with the owner's smile and constant presence, will definitely make your vacation better.

There is enough parking space on the street in front of the villa. The small city beach is located at a distance of about 150m, while the center and the nearest shops are about 100m away, and the big city beach is about 600m away. Vintage Place Rooms was built in 1970 and renovated in 2016. It is a one-floor apartment with three bedrooms (20m2) that has three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Two rooms have small, separate terraces and a view of the sea. One has a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, while the other has a double bed and a sofa bed. The third room overlooks the street and does not have a separate terrace, but uses the common one from which you enter the apartment. It also has a French bed and a sofa bed. Rooms with an armchair also have their own small fridge. It is not possible to insert an extra bed. From the 2018 season, another 30m2 studio is offered. It is located on the ground floor and has a view of the sea. In the sleeping area, which is partially separated, there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped and has a large fridge and stove. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. Cleaning is done after the departure of the guests, and the guests themselves change the towels and bed linen during their stay. They get clean sets that they can use. In front of the accommodation, on a street with little traffic, there is enough parking space for all guests. Accommodation is located in Limenaria. Coming from the direction of Prinos, continue straight towards Potos for another 350m after the main intersection and turn right before the church. Follow the road for another 150m, turn left and soon you will come across a house with a white facade on the right. The villa is a good choice for all those who want accommodation in the center of town, yet in a quiet location.

The owner chose the furniture himself, looking for antiques. He carved stone sculptures and decorated the walls with shells collected from the sea, in order to arrange and decorate the accommodation in a unique way. We offer three suite apartments with two rooms (47m2) and seven studios (24m2). Apartment (A5) is adapted for guests with disabilities. It is smaller than the others, has two French beds, a customized bathroom and an equipped kitchen, and there is a ramp at the entrance. An auxiliary, fifth bed can be added without extra charge. The other two suite apartments (B4 and A3) are located on the first floor and have a view of the mountain, two French beds and a sofa bed. With an extra charge, a sixth bed can be inserted into them. Four studios are located on the ground floor, and the remaining three are on the first floor. They have a view of the mountain, the parking lot or the surroundings, one French and one single bed or a sofa bed. In five studios, an extra bed can be added for an additional fee. Accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, shower cabin and a small kitchen intended for preparing light meals, equipped only with basic dishes and cutlery, a stove and a small refrigerator. Coming from the direction of Prinos, continue driving straight towards Potos for another 350m, after which follow the road that branches off to the left from the highway. Drive along it for another 300m, turn left onto the dirt road that leads to the accommodation. The accommodation is an ideal getaway for all those who want a vacation in a quiet location and an unusual decor.

The road will take you to the left, next to the sea, and after about 20 meters you will see the Waterside villa on the left side of the road. Accommodation is a good choice for all those looking for studies in a good location, in the center of a bigger place.

It is high-quality, modern accommodation, with cleanliness at a very high level. It offers comfortable and well-equipped family apartments. The accommodation is located 150m from the city beach and the nearest supermarket, i.e. 850m from the center. Angels View Luxury Family Apartments is a new facility built in 2016 and offers four apartments. The apartment on the first floor, Golden Angel, is the smallest (38m2). In the bedroom there is a double bed, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people and an equipped kitchen. The terrace has a view of the sea and Limenaria. The medium-sized apartment (50m2) Pink Angel is on the ground floor, it also has a view of the sea and an exit to the courtyard with a sofa. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and in the living room there are two single beds and a kitchen with a large refrigerator. Apartment (55m2) Blue Angel is also located on the ground floor. It is entered from the courtyard where guests have their own seating area. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and in the living room there are two single beds, a sofa bed for one adult or two small children (190x124cm) and an equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, only this apartment has a bathtub. The largest apartment (60m2) White Angel is a maisonette. Therefore, it extends both on the ground floor and on the first floor. It has two bathrooms, air conditioning in each bedroom and a balcony with a view of the sea, the mountain and the 'Palataki' building. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every three days. The yard is small, with a lawn that goes around the house. You can find a parking space on the street in front of the accommodation, where there is always a free space. Coming from the Prinos direction, turn left at the intersection where you will see the sign for the Discovery accommodation. Continue straight and you'll come across this yellow-fronted complex just after the El Mare Luxurius and Golden Nest villas. If you want good quality accommodation and a quiet location, this accommodation can be an excellent choice.

The town beach and the nearest shop are 30m away. The accommodation was built in 2016 and is very modernly equipped, and consists of five studios (22m2) located mostly on the first floor, one apartment and two maisonettes located on the second floor. Three studios have one double bed and a sofa that pulls out a drawer bed with a standard size mattress. The fourth studio has three beds and is located on the other side of the house, and has one double bed and a sofa for one person. The fifth studio is for four people, it has a double bed and a sofa bed for two more people. It is located on the second floor. The studios have a fully equipped kitchen. As you can see from the pictures, the bathrooms are very modern. Some are located within the room, and some have modern semi-open shower cabins. The apartment (30m2) is for four people and has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a kitchen and a sofa bed for two more people. There are two maisonettes, one for four (37m2) and the other for five people (45m2). Both have two levels. On the first level there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, while on the second level there is a bedroom separated by a door and another bathroom with a shower. In the maisonette for five people, there is a corner sofa in the living room that folds out and is big enough to sleep three people on it. It is a true oasis of peace, so it is an excellent choice for families with children. The nearest store is about 100m away, while the center of Limenaria and the city beach are about 1km away. There are five studios on the upper ground floor for a maximum of four people. Two studios overlook the yard, two overlook the parking lot, and one overlooks the neighboring yard. Three studios have one double bed, one single bed and an extra bed, while the other two have three single beds and one extra bed. The area is about 25m2. The bathroom in each studio is the same and only has an enclosed shower without a curtain. All are identically equipped, have air conditioning, internet, TV, terrace, kitchen and fridge. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. The yard is located at the back of the house, and guests can use a barbecue and various toys for children. The sitting area is covered, so shade is guaranteed. There is a parking lot for five vehicles at the entrance to the yard. Coming from the direction of Skala Prinos, turn left at the crossroads in Limenaria. Continue straight on that road for about 900m to the Shell gas station on the right, turn left and after about 50 meters you will see Metaxas Studios on the right. If you want to be hidden from the crowds and traffic and don't mind going to the beach by car, Metaxas can be a good choice at affordable prices.

The second (no. 2) has one double bed and a sofa, and an extra bed can be inserted, which reduces the free space in the studio. The part with the French bed can be separated by sliding doors. The bathroom has a shower cabin, and the terrace has a view of the surrounding houses and the forest. Both studios are air-conditioned, have kitchen, fridge, internet and TV. From the 2018 season, two apartments (35m2) on the second floor with a better view of the sea are offered. In the bedroom they have two single beds, in the living room there is a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, and in the bathroom there is a shower cabin. The apartments are designed for 3-4 adults, as there is no possibility of adding an extra bed. These units are numbered 5 and 6. From the 2019 season, two more apartments with a sea view on the first floor (35m2) are offered. They have two single beds in the bedroom, and a double bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower cabin. These apartments are also intended for 3-4 adults, as an extra bed cannot be inserted into them either and are marked with the numbers 3 and 4. There is a hairdryer in each accommodation unit, and the owner has an iron that she can give you to use. From the 2019 season, there will also be umbrellas on the terraces. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every five days. There is no private parking, but you can park in front of the accommodation, on the extensions next to the street. The accommodation is located at the end of Limenaria, if you are coming from Prinos. From the intersection, continue straight until you see the church. Turn into the street before the church, continue straight to the end of the street and then turn left, and after a few meters you will see the accommodation on the right. If you want accommodation with a decent price and close to the beach and all the facilities of the place, Tasos Studios can be a good choice.
